Who ever helped me out today was very rude. He seemed like he didn’t want my business. This isn’t the first time it happens to me or my family. Not going to lie the guy comes off racist. Their food prep could be way better as well. I don’t recommend this potbelly at all but if ur a fan of potbelly I would recommend the one in Gaithersburg, MD by the Ross. They are very polite and food is always on point.

I really try my best to be understanding of anyone who works in the food service industry. I’ve given the place several chances but the service just got worse and worse. The last time I went was with my daughter, and this was probably the worst experience so far. The guy making our sandwiches had the worst attitude, like we were an inconvenience to him. I can’t wrap my head around why he got nasty with me in front of my kid.If you guys are reading this, if you don’t want to be there, please, leave. Go somewhere else! Why would you work somewhere and be so miserable and release it on people who are trying to give you their business? I was polite and respectful to the very end, even left them a very generous tip the last few times just bc I work in the same industry and I always try to be understanding.

Received a salad with brown/black avocado. Asked that it be replaced with green avocado. Didn’t even get an apology. Should have returned entire salad for refund.

Potbelly sandwiches are so far the best among the sandwich places around. We got the Steakhouse beef (regular size), and I tell you I like how the bread is just rightly toasted!

My first experience at Potbelly.. The food was good but the people that work there suck. One guy in particular spoke to me with an attitude throughout the whole interaction. A customer after our order had a more intense interaction with worker, yelled about being disrespectful to customers and walked out abruptly. I would visit Potbelly again but not this location.

I decided to get lunch last weekend since it's close to my job. I waited so long for my curbside order that I had less than half of my break time to eat. Not just that, my sandwich was dry and didn't have any dressing on it as I kindly requested. Too bad I was already back at work when I discovered this. A week later I decided to give them a 2nd chance to redeem themselves and I had a similar experience. Called about my order and nobody picked up the phone. I wasn't even greeted when I came in! Again, I opened my bag and not satisfied with my food. Salad wasn't presentable and my soup didn't include complimentary crackers. It's freezing out and hot soup usually hits the spot! Sorry to say but it's truly the little things that count. The staff here do not have a sense of urgency to fulfill customer service. Nobody greets you, the orders aren't ready when stated, and the food isn't made to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, I won't be giving you all my business any longer.

The food was pretty good. The workers were nice except for the cashier who informed us we wouldn't be granted a water cup. The interaction was quite awkward but the brownie cookie was so good I forgot about it.

WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 20 minutes to pick up my curbside order of 3 items! One item was wrong. Had to call in 6 times for them to answer!!! When I got home and opened my Italian sub, tell me why it had NO MEAT. Legit just lettuce, mayo and onions ? HOW?! When I called to complain - the person who answers the phone kept cutting me off and barely letting me speak and was soooo rude! I’ve been face to face with this guy before, he hates his job forreal. Then I complained about the wait time … he kept saying we didn’t tell them we were here. WE CONFIRMED HERE ON THE SITE AND THROUGH THE EMAIL. Nonetheless , who are you to argue with me!!!

Ordered online. Got there 6 minutes early. No one in line. Two online orders in queue on the table. They did not start making my one single sandwhich. One employee kept getting sode while I was there for the 6 minutes. The other one working at cashier talked to me before taking a phone call on personal phone. After the call, she forgets that she had already talked to me. I ordered The Wreck and it was seeping with oil. Pools of oil in the wrapping and thru the wrapping. Thank god they gave me enough napkins. I was handed the order a minute before timed. I told them it should not have taken them that long and the cashier person said you came in early, and it's one minute before timed. Clearly the employees here don't care.Edit: Forgot to mention there were two others making sandwiches. There were 4 people total at the front. The one that got a drink from soda fountain twice was not making sandwiches. Cashier person seems to be only in charge of packing orders and taking money.
