Man where do I start. For 1 thing the Tackle Box, not worth the price. Not to mention I'm looking for my fries & where are they ? At the bottom of the bag under everything else just leaking grease out the bottom. The best think about it all was the biscuit & that's saying something. I mean, how did you think I wanted less fries ? than what supposed to be included & the fact I wanted them leaking all over my car seat ? Thanks for the greasy spot on my car seat Popeyes.
You know a lot of people complain about how slow this place is, I don't know I kinda like it. It's super quiet, never busy when I've been there. Staff are friendly but not overly talkative. Being able to speak some Spanish helps. I just get a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Might take like 20 minutes but I don't come here if I'm in a hurry. The place is clean not too big. Of a lot of fast food places that trigger my anxiety like crazy this spot I can breathe and just sit and wait. My Father hates it but he is a go go go man. This place is my speed and I love them for it.
Slow! All I can say is they are super slow. So prepare to wait AT LEAST 30 mins for a single sandwich !
My order was incorrect and am missing items. The ticket on the bag was correct so I am not sure how in the world they messed this up. When trying to call the number, it seems the phone is disconnected or if you call, it is busy. Never will I order from them again.
I love Popeyes but not this location. I came for a chicken sandwich and 2pm and they said they had no chicken for the sandwich....
The worst place to ordered food my food was cold and the service was very slow. Never ordered there anymore should’ve went to the one in the Kentlands.
Ordered food for delivery and most of the order was wrong. The ticket was correct and attached to the bag so I don’t know how they managed to screw it up. I received dark meat instead of white meat and the pies I ordered was incorrect. They only have 2 flavors so you have to be working hard to screw that up…
Very slow service. I was in line for 10 minutes, then ordered 10 pcs chicken and chicken sandwich combo and was made to wait for 20 mins! I began to wonder if they still had to dress the chicken to make customers that long. More so, the ladies taking orders are not nice, besides not being efficient.d Rockville branch is way more efficient.
The lady who took my order was not nice, I been there so many time but this time I wasn't treated nice and she gave me an attitude
NOT A HALAL food place. I gave 5 star for the honesty of the staff, who told me that the chicken is not halal. They look delicious though ?
