Went to this location for 0.59 promotion. Placed order on mobile app for over 15 min and when I got the the store. My order was not ready and had to wait for another 10 mins. When I got home, I realized they did not give me the the right order. They give me extremely a small chicken wing and a biscuit that I did not order. I think they know I won’t be happy about the small chicken wing and give my biscuit as extra without asking first. Bad experience.
The food wasn't hot and they missed things out of the order so I had to ask again.Half of the soda machine was out.Such a shame as we really enjoy Popeyes .The one is the Kentlands is so good!

Each time I've visited, it has been a quick visit. Everything seems clean, and I've had good customer service experience. Each time I've been, it hasn't been very busy, so I can't say what they're like when under pressure..
Staff are great, my issue is with corporate for removing cajun rice from the menu it was my favorite dish.

Very busy . Not enough people work . I was number 12 in line and had to wait 20 minutes to get my order place.
DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went here twice and both times had to go back because they left something out of the order. When we went back, they gave us half filled containers. They also get orders wrong. My wife ordered spicy dark meat. They gave her spicy white meat instead with one drum stick. Not happy...
They gave me cold food, i buy family meals and ask for sauce and they give me 1 or 2 then catch a attitude and charge me when i ask for more , the workers got nasty attitudes, & I feel like they are very discriminatory here
Popeyes is getting really cheap and charging 50 cents each for sauces now. Looks like they're hurting like every other business so they're penny pinching on sauces now
