I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was so yummy :) and the manger was a sweetheart

So I called in for 12 Buffalo wings (mild) and the guy who answered kindly took my order, and before wrapping things up I asked him “are the wings made fresh?” and he told me yes! He said they’d be ready in 15-20min. I walked in to pick up my order and he was very welcoming but he looked at me and said “try one of the wings now and if you don’t like it, I’ll give you your money back, a full refund”. I looked in the bag and they appeared to look just fine and I told him “if they’re good I’ll come back” (I just wanted to hurry back home) he smiled and said ok and offered me a free Pepsi. I got home, opened the container and there was hardly any Buffalo sauce on the wings and the wings weren’t made fresh at all. No wonder he asked me to try them while I was in store and gave me a free Pepsi lol he probably felt bad for lying about the wings being fresh. I ordered 12 and was only able to eat 6 after that I got nauseous and threw it away. When I say I want my food made fresh, as a businessman you should deliver exactly that. He was kind but he can’t be trusted to serve good quality food. I won’t be going back :)
Every time I order from this place the orders are always messed up the last time they sent me to burnt pizzas so I decided to try them again. This time I ordered a large pizza onion rings a 20 ounce soda and cheesecake the driver delivered me everything except for the 20 out soda he delivered a 12 ounce soda. The onion rings I threw in the trash unbelievably terrible they don’t have to worry about me anymore. When I called there the first thing I asked was do you guys have ham he told me yes I said what kind of ham he said from the cow beef I said oh really I never heard of Cow ham he asked me to hold on and came back and said oh I’m sorry is turkey ham so as far as I’m concerned they probably have all pork but again they’ve lost my business forever
Although a little salty for my liking, the pizza is overall good! I have never had beef pepperoni or turkey ham before so this was a first. Customer service however was not the best at this location, very unorganized and my food wasn’t ready in the time they stated it would be.
Other pizza places were closed so we had to order from this store. We received the pizza with pepperoni and ham on it. We were far less impressive with this order. The pizza is not rise and soft. It was too thin and little bit hard. The taste is not great. Very disappointing. We will never order from this pizza place again

Found what looks like a tooth in my Stromboli, it could be bone. I explained to the staff, no one even called me back so I called the next day...the so called owner just said he will complain to his suppliers...I will have it tested to see if it a tooth, and if it is animal or human.Even if it's a chunk of bone, why is it in the food you serve
