I won’t be going there again. They are slow, things do not seem in order. Whoever the girl is with different color of hair and her staff was so rude to my friend and he just asking a question. So we just left.
Friday night pizza and beer delivery!Hot HOT! HOTTT!!!Pizza was the absolute best all year!
This location is the worst. Ordered delivery waited an hour, driver shows up to pick up order. Staff tells driver that they gave my order to another driver. Staff then cancels the order and closes the store. When I called to ask what was going on a very ignorant female shift supervisor picks up and says they’ve just closed you’ve been refunded have a nice day. No sorry for the wasted hour wait or incompetente on their end by giving away my order to someone else and tying up my money. They need customer service training at this location.
Usually I have no problems with papa johns. But the last 2 times have been unacceptable. I ordered for delivery and in the notes section specially request the driver to “knock on door and leave on doorstep”. It was suppose to be thundering rain around the time I had it delivered which is why I specify that precisely. Come to waiting for my pizza the door was never knocked, I know for a fact because I was close by the entire time! Eventually I open the door to see if they left it on doorstep and there it was the box soaked wet (it was thundering hard). Luckily for me the slices inside weren’t wet, but had I not go any sooner to check it probably would have. Which is why I didn’t call to complain. Was very upset at the driver though especially since I left him a good tip, I didn’t understand why he wouldn’t knock.Recently I ordered for pick up since I had a bad experience with delivery. I ordered a large 4 topping pizza- pepperoni, beef, green peppers, and onions. I lie to you not each slice contain one pepperoni slice some slices didn’t even have pepperoni on them, the beef was no where to be found, and pretty much same goes for the green pepper and onion. So so so disappointing... I’m officially not ordering from here anymore. It’s a shame because I always crave papa johns every here and there.
The worst experience, I ordered a large pizza, wings & a drink. My husband received order from the drivers but he didn’t know I ordered the wings that he never got from the driver. I called the store & I get this slow girl on the phone that’s didn’t know how to handle it so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was really rude she first said to me that they are not able to send free food, like ??? I’m not asking for free food. I paid for the wings & your driver never delivered it. I told the manager I got cameras & I was willing to come over to show her, so she got really upset & hang up on me. 30mins later driver came back with the wings which of course I didn’t eat, only Gods know if they put something on the wings. Definitely not ordering here never again.

I love Papas Johns pizza, but today I am not happy. Just minutes ago I ordered a pepperoni pizza with green peppers and there were only two pieces of the green pepper, but the worse part is that it was a long hair on top of the pizza!! I didn’t returned but I didn’t eaten!
Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. Food quality is 7/10. Tastes great. So I became a frequent customer. But then they started to become terrible. One day they said they did not have my online order. I had to show proof to get my food. Then another day they completely messed up my order. Gave me the wrong papadia. and wrong sauce. When I called them to fix my order they said they will give me some credit on my online account but never did. Will not be coming back. Don't order the cheese sticks. They barely give any cheese on them. Super dry. If you call the manager, they make you wait on the phone for a long time. Very disappointing.
Ordered from this location and the service is just terrible. The pizza was delivered cold and the driver had the audacity to ask for more tip? Thanks Ali for delivering colda** pizza to me. He gave me an attitude when I tried to return the pizza. Yet you wanted me to tip you more? Very rude. No respect. Disrespectful towards women and children. Tried called the store to express my disappointment but no one answered. Finally the manager answers. The manager Corey is no help. He’s loud and obnoxious. He hung up the phone on me. I’ve seen better customer service at other locations. But this one.... I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place is just a terrible location. I’ve never dealt with terrible service like this in a pizza joint. Like seriously? Save your time and money and go to another location. This one is terrible.
I don’t know if all Papa John’s taste this good, but this one is definitely my favorite!
