Solid experience at this location. We ordered on the app; our food came out about 15 minutes later (longer than estimated) but once we got it, all was good. Pizza was hot and tasty, salads were fresh and they didn't skimp on any ingredients.There's a big main seating area, with two smaller areas by the entrance and side exit. Some outdoor seating too.
I’d give 0 starts for this location. Customer service is terrible, they always mess up my order and have an attitude if you ask for a new one with the right ingredients. Just so disappointing because this is the closest location to me. But I’d rather drive some extra min to the other location in Germantown than go to this place another time.
This location always has the orders right, AND they are always friendly... hard to imagine. Kudos
We had a superb time in this restaurant. We liked the superb ambience and the meals. The staff members are very friendly. I’m happy we ultimately decided to visit this spot.
This store has awful customer service. They always messed with our orders.Today we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for broccoli soups, they didn't have it ready but the employees were talking each other doing nothing! soups were cold anyway...really bad experience to eat there. We will never go back to that place
I placed an order for my family through the Panera app. Two of the breakfast sandwiches were customized. One came correct and the other not. I don’t understand how the receipt has all of the directions but whoever made the sandwich got it completely wrong. I live 15 mins away and had to drive back. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up on orders. I probably should have checked before driving off but I was in a bit of a rush. I called and they said they would prepare another sandwich. So annoyed. The Panera in frederick never gets it wrong.
Ordered here a few times. First few times were amazing. Then today they served me cold oatmeal for breakfast. If you can't be bothered to heat up your food, please don't serve it.
I visited this store on December 12, 2021 and ordered Teriyaki Chicken bowl. There was too much source and little bit of rice. Totally different bowl from the picture in the store. It was the worst bowl that I ever had at Panera bread stores. Do not eat bowls here. They don't know how to prepare it.
I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and extra olives. After waiting an excessively long time for my order to be ready, I received a Greek salad with no chicken and no additional olives. I told a server that I did not receive the chicken I purchased. She took the container and brought back the salad with FROZEN chicken in top. Shaking my head. Customer service is dead.
Most of the time the salad is not fresh, frequently they forget to add all ingredients ( blue chasse or onion ). Also, some times the coffee is cold and it is not fresh. Costumer service running very very slow.
