App said sold out of all Souffles; went there and there were plenty.Also; I order online so I can skip the line but to my surprise there is also a line waiting there so you can get your food. To make matters worse there is no one there helping you. Made line so I can tell cashier about my food she told me to go the other way so I told her there was no one there so she told me someone will be there. Once I finally got someone to help all of us get our order there was an item missing so she just simply refunded me the money. No apologies she just handed the cash and said “Next”Worse service in this store.
Probably the worst Panera bread location I’ve ever been too. Some of the staff is extremely rude and makes customers feel like a burden. The tables and floor is very often dirty. Proximity to the transit station doesn’t help with lots of people just sitting around, napping while they wait for a bus. I’ve rarely seen the outside seating area organized, clean and with the trash not overflowing. But the biggest turn off is the rudeness of the staff. If anyone is looking at reviews form Panera, please address some of those issues.
Very bad service . I put an online order, got a message saying my order is ready for pick up. I went in, no where to find my order. I asked a lady, she looked around then throw me a bag , this is yours. I ordered two sandwiches with chips, and a smoothie for drink. I looked inside the bags, there are only two sandwiches. I asked where are the chips, and the drink. The lady said, asked the others. So I had to ask the others to put in the chips, and ask them to make my drinks. Very very bad service. I will not go there anymore
Waited well over 30mins for my ToGo order. Left empty handed because my order never came up. Promptly asked for a refund.
Ordered at 10:51 am. Took 25 minutes to get my sandwich. Once sandwich and a smoothie. NEVER got the smoothie. Worst experience at a Panera. The workers were not yelling out order names, just put them on the counter. Only the two guys making the food yelled out their orders. My sister never even got her smoothie. And no one would stand still enough for me to ask about it. So we walked out without the smoothie. Will never go to this one again.
I buy almost everyday at Panera Bread in Century Blvd, for me and for my clients, but today I noticed that my favorite Teriyaki bowl came only half of the plate (probably 1/3 of it). I will understand if it was part of the “Pick Two”, but nop. I paid almost $10 for a 1/3 of a bowl of Chipotle which they charge you the same amount. Very sad lunch today!
Staff is courteous and helpful. Turkey chili, sandwiches and baked goods are tasty, and you can get points towards discounts via their program.
Customer service could use some improvement! I placed an order to be ready at 7 pm when I get there at 7 pm, the staff haven't even sent my order to the kitchen and told me there will be another 20 mins wait time. It caused me to drop my son at mom's first then come back again to get the order....no apologies, staff were acting rude and not wearing gloves. This whole place also just feels depressed and dirty, I would not be back.
Worst Panera ever. Messed everything up, forgot all kinds of stuff from my order, gave me a tiny square of the end cap of bread for my sandwich. It had so much mayo on it I couldn’t eat it. I guess they ran out of regular tomatoes so they threw copped cherry tomatoes on it and squished them into the sandwich.(I asked for no tomatoes btw on both sandwiches. Out of bread for the soup too. The turkey chili was so watery and had no turkey pieces in it. All around bad experience. Would not recommend this sloppy made food.
The service in this Panera has really gone down. I just went in there and they did not have lids for the coffee. But the thing that has me really angry is that I had ordered a chocolate croissant which was not in my bag. And they did not give me a receipt. And I bought a bagel and cream chess but they did not give me anything to spread the cheese with. I already left the store when I noticed this. But I’m not going back there ever again.
