I wished that I had made a recording of the way the food was handle when I came here on Saturday May 14. I observed a worker there on Saturday evening handling food in which she scraped from a bowl to a pot with her bare hands very nasty and not safe. I will never patronized this restaurant ever again. We are still going threw covid in which Montgomery County still have a higher rate in transmission. This needs to be looked into like seriously. The CEO CCO AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP AND IN TO MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE BECOME SICK FROM UNSAFE FOOD HANDLING. PLEASE HAVE YOUR WORKERS WEAR GLOVES WASH THEIR HANDS AND CHANGE GLOVES ONCE THEY TOUCH MONEY. YOUR CASHIER SHOULDN'T BE HANDLING MONEY WITH THE SAME GLOVES WHEN TOUCHING OR HANDLING FOOD. The workers at this location needs to be trained in food safety handling.
We stop here often on the way home from another event. Food is up to panda standards. Only issue here is parking can be difficult but we usually are able to find a space.
Good customer service, but received a small portion for my premium entree and you could tell the rice wasn't fresh
Hands down the worst carry out meal we ever had! Total waste of money! We are a family of five who love good Chinese take out. So we ordered the family meal which has three entrees, two large sides, and added 6 egg rolls. Everything smelled bad, and was uniformly bland with yucky textures. Even the condiments were horrible (hot mustard and duck sauce special made for Panda Express). Everyone barely touched the food. We all love leftovers, but everyone agreed, the 90% of the food that was left went straight into the trash. Will never eat there again.
Ordered Togo from the Germantown location, Paid extra for the steak and i received this when i got home. Only one entree and no steak. I tried calling (must have been 20 times and no one has answered)
This place can be a hit or a miss. One time the food was really stale and tasteless. The black pepper Chicken and Kung pao chicken had very little chicken. The next time I went it was crowded but the food was tasty and they had everything in abundance. Some of the servers are a little stingy with the portions. Depends on your luck - whether you go there on a good day or not.
Vegan Beyond orange chicken! So good! You won’t be able to tell the difference. Better for you, the planet and chickens! ;)
Ordered delivery and they gave me someone else’s food. I called them and said they’d gave me the full refund but in 7 business days and turns out they also sent my food somewhere else too ??? big inconvenience tbh
they are ridiculous with there hours they will not cook food past 830 but are open until 930. Good food normally
This location is terrible! Always closing up the food very early just so they can leave early. They close at 9:30…It was 8:22 and they had nothing only rice and orange chicken. Definitely should close down their location if they can’t do business right.
