This is the second time they have messed up my order. Then they expect you to drive all the way back up there and all they say is oops sorry.
I have always enjoyed Paisanos, been going there since forever. But lately, the food has just exceeded my expectations. The new CRISPY CHICKEN and FRIES are just delicious. It was also exciting to see new items added. I am excited to see that Paisanos made it through the covid times and continues to produce delicious food. In addition, customer service is A+ each time.
Great pizza every time. Great local place. (I know it's a chain but it's also a franchise so it is locally owned).
A $1 extra for a tiny sized garlic sauce..Really? The food is good but that just killed the vibe.
Their subs and gyro are really nice. Overall good food and good customer service offered at this place!! My personal favorite is their Philly steak sub and Chicken cheese sub
I’ve been ordering from this Paisano’s location for roughly 2 and half years. And the food never disappoints! Best steak n cheese hands down!! Husband and I love their wings, strawberry cheesecake, cheese fries, mm and the chocolate brownies!
Paisano's (this location specifically) used to be my go-to place for pizza and delivery, until they delivered a pizza that clearly was intended to deceive me into paying more for less. I paid for double ricotta, double sauce, extra cheese, and what arrived was clearly a regular cheese pizza with a few toppings (mushrooms, jalapeno, and tomatoes). They seem to be playing a game where they send bad and incorrect ingredients and hope the recipient won't complain. Why do this?
We had the best experience with Pisano’s Germantown! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed to feed lunch to 80 people. Umar took care of our entire order with such care. The delivery to the field was on time and came with everything we needed! No one was disappointed with the food. There were only compliments. Sandwiches were delicious, and word around the group was we got the “Best chicken tenders”. Everything was made fresh and handled with class! Thank you Umar!!

Love the pizza , the staff is very friendlyAnd the restaurant looks very clean! I usually always get it to go. Check this place out!
