Would give negative stars if I could.....horribly unprofessional. The cashier took my order..there was one other person waiting for their food. She turned around and said here you go and I walked out. The food was wrong so I called and said the order was wrong and they could not refund me over the phone. I would have to come in and get a refund in person or they could mail me a coupon for 2 free bowls....I spent 30$. That's hardly compensation for thier incompetence. I only have 30 mins for lunch and fast food makes me sick. I have very few choices when it comes to a fast lunch and noodles and Co was usually a good choice. Never again. The manager was un empathic and un helpful. I hope my boycott starts a trend and the gross unprofessionalizm I experienced was deplorable. NEVER EAT HERE! BUYER BEWARE! 0/10 SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSWARE.
The BBQ Mac & Cheese is quite good. Two others had Penna Rosa with parmesan chicken and they thought that it was excellent. I would have given 5 stars if the dining room was warmer. They let customers use the side door which lets in cold air.
The food is always good with lots of choices (including vegetarian options), we either door dash or pick up.
30-40% of food was burnt. Not a pleasant experience.
Have gotten delivery and picked up food numerous times. Excellent pad Thai and past dishes. Best ever dessert.

My husband and I went to lunch on a break from work, we were greeted with a really nice and friendly cashier. We sat down and she brought our lunch to us and she was really pleasant. The food was good, there was enough sauce in the shrimp scampi, some noodles and company restaurants I've been to, the scampi was kind of dry.. Great experience, I'll definitely come again.
I ordered a penne fresca with avocado added. They charged me for the avocado and didn't include it anywhere in my bag or in my bowl. It was a takeout order and i didn't notice until i got gome. So, you always have to check your order from this location. They aren't reliable.
I just ordered from Noodles & Company for the first time and the food was excellent, so far. I ordered the zucchini noodle shrimp scampi and the 3 cheese tortellini with grilled chicken. Very Good. I look forward to ordering from Noodles & Company again.
I wouldn't recommend this location. I have had noodles in other locations that far exceed this place. Not one person, cooks included, wore gloves. Not one person while I was waiting washed their hands. I'm in the food industry and wearing gloves around people's food is a MUST. Then I get home, and the broccoli had mold on it. So needless to say, that was waste of time and money. This store should be closed until they figure out how to run it correctly. Disgusting.
