Stopped in while traveling to use the restroom and grab a quick bite. BEST CHEESEBURGER FROM MC DONALD'S I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! Wanted to go back in and get a couple more for myself and fiancé but when I walked back to the door, it was locked. Not sure why but was disappointing since the drive through was way long line and the service inside had been so quick
I had to pull up and wait for fries and watch five other customers drive away from the window before I got my order. As if they didn't order fries either?
They let me redeem a promo that said it expired in a day, but wasn’t scanning. Good customer service
Went to by a 10 piece chicken combo meal. Server right off the bat asked what sauce would you like. That is customer service. Great experience. When to a McDonalds on 9100 Rothbury Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20886 and what a lousy service. Left there to go to this McDonalds. Glad we did. Thanks

It's McDonald's, you know what you are there for and they provide. Inside is clean and the food is quick.
I was visiting family, stayed about 2 weeks, came several times, orders are accurate which is a huge win with fast food places but the people were just rude! Not amount of saying hi or thank you would give that in return, any time of day or every employee we encountered.
I have to say they have the service running like a well oiled machine. Pulling up to the drive thru and seeing 10 or more cars in each lane your heart drops, I'll be here forever! But nope they keep everyone moving at a great pace. You get your order it's fresh and hot and your on your way again.
I was very much not satisfied during this last digit of mine. I asked at the drive-thru window where you place your order for to each of BBQ Ranch in honey mustard dipping sauces for 20 piece nugget. I didn't ask the customer service rep at the first window if she could make sure that was in the bag for me and when I went to the second window they put me over in a waiting space. And then when my bag came out it had only one of each of the dipping sauces in it. I couldn't have asked them any more clearly.
Good and fast service. employees at the window are professional. Much better service than the one on Middlebrook road and 355+Middlebrook intersection
