Manager needs trading- ordered sweet and not on app guy at window did not charge and manger Refused to give it Writing a complaint I’d futile- does not take address- Giving complaint is futile over phone you get advertisements Done with this McDonald’s. Bad bun yum da??????
They forgot something w ordered and then accused us of stealing. When we provided a receipt......No apologee.So unprofessional!!!!! Never again
The BEST McDonald's in Montgomery County!!!! They always give great service. If there is a problem with my order they'll fix it ASAP..
If you have the option to go somewhere please go, this is just the worst place I have ever experienced, I had to placed 2 orders because of the horrible attitude of the employee and was fully charged for both orders and I still was missing food on both orders, than I called to make the complaint and they hung up on me, no apologies nothing just hung up the phone on me, so if you feel like giving your money away that’s the place to go, but if you value your money and feel like eating the food you order than go somewhere else
First time here! I always order coffee every where I go. I like to focus on costumer service! If you are working the register please have at least a smile on you, otherwise if you having a bad day! Don’t show it to your costumers. Separate your personal problem with work. And if manager read this take note please.
Okay service. I find everytime I go here something is either made wrong, they didn't give me an item or the food is cold. On top of that the color choice is depressing.

Ordered a big Mac and the meat was like paper with no substance. Even junk food should have some quality.
Whoever is on fry station needs to be fired or spoken to because twice I ordered from this location and got a LARGE fry only for literally LESS than half of the container to be full. Might’ve well just ordered a small fry.
