Came for breakfast today. Is it a fast food or slow food joint? They took over 20 mins to have my order and it would have been further delayed if I did not insist on it. Manager was rude did not apologize. Crews see talking on cell phone without bothering about customers. Worst McDonald ever and I will not tell my friends or my social connections to come here ever. Zero star
The items were good. The packaging was poor. Drinks served on a dirty smelly tray. I was surprised when I noticed it
I ordered a big mac and got nuggets i bought this on the way to work. Tried calling so I could get a refund or make it so I can come get my actual order after work. The number attached to this store doesn't work
The staff is absolutely not attentive. I needed to pick up an order and there were a lot of staff girls talking and laughing, about 5 people. Nobody paid attention to my request. One girl looked at me and continued the conversation. I had to repeat it several times before picking up the order.
I'm not sure if they understand the purpose of using the drive thru intercom to place an order. Had to reorder my food at the window, and they still got it wrong
Charged my card threes time and then didn’t give me my meal. So I had to call and dispute all the transactions. Every time I come here. My food is cold. No salt on my fries and now charging me $24 and getting no food. Trash
Still Affordable food where everyone else raised there prices to the moon. Always have hot food, but most of the time it’s floppy. One problem and concern. No matter what part of the day you visit there drive thru they will park you for 10 minutes to bring out your food . I don’t think that’s how you run service time to show your company that you are doing a great job. Also it doesn’t help you get better. Get rid of the drive thru if you can’t run it properly
Always a great experience! Rarely have wrong food and the kids and I eat here at least once a week.
