We've frequented the Germantown Ledos location for a long time. The quality of pizza there has been very inconsistent. Over the last 6 months we've been to the North Potomac, College Park and Olney locations and the pizza at each has been far superior every time. I would think there would be some sort of franchise standards. Going forward, if we're in the mood for Ledos pizza,, we'll be ordering it from the North Potomac location.
Worst calzone ever. Been coming here for 4 years, I don't know if the kitchen staff doesn't know how to make a calzone these days or if you cut the filling? Very disappointed tonight.A lot of dough, what happened to the meat and cheese????
This is the grilled chicken Caesar. Apparently if you want a REAL Caesar you have to ask for no bacon or tomatoes. 2nd time it’s happened.
We ordered a salad with our pizza tonight and the lettuce was completely inedible. All of it was brown and there were a few slimy pieces. So gross! Won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
Ordered 2 gyros at my first visit. Young lady at front counter told me 20 to 25 minutes. Came back after 15 minutes and took food home. Gyros were warm, but not hot. Overall good though.
I've been eating here almost 10 years, and over my last 2 visits have been extremely disappointed! Visit 1) ordered 2 Gyros for take out.. get home and the pita is completely toasted and hard.. we worked around it.. benift of the doubt.. Visit 2) again 2 Gyros (barely any meat on either gyro) and drenched with sauce.. I love the sauce but even for me it was wayyy too much.. it was all over the place could not enjoy it at all. Also ordered a small pepperoni.. take my first bite and it's not the awesome traditional taste we all know and love.. no no... I taste something sweet.. reach for my 2nd piece again.. sweet.. my son said the same.. couldn't figure out why.. I looked at the label on the box and it says (hot honey) ??? WHATTTTT I didn't even know that was on the menu.. I clearly didn't ask for it. I love honey btw.. but definitely NOT on my pizza! Also ordered a side of fries... Ohhhh man! Worst fries I've ever had from ledos.. couldn't taste anything but salt.. they literally poured salt seasoning alll over the fries.. my son and I both felt this way.. trashed itThis location has really gone to SH*T since the pandemic.. we used to love this place.. ordered here at least once a week.I just feel they are hiring anyone who walks through the door and aren't training them properly at all.. I've noticed young kids both at the front desk and back cooking. Just don't think they are being trained correctly and looking at all the recent reviews it doesn't seem management cares to improve the tarnished quality that we all once knew and loved.When I goto Ledos I expect that traditional consistency in flavor. This location is anything but that.MANAGEMENT... STEP YOUR GAME UP!! Shame on you
If I could give no stars I would. I repeat, don't order pizza from here. I went in to pick up my pizza and saw the person who was handling my pizza wearing no gloves. He put his hands in his pants like he had an itch in something, then proceeded to put his hands in his mouth like he was biting his fingernails. I spoke with the manager and let him know what was going on he made it seem like it was not an issue. I'm so disgusted by all of this and I have been ordering me a year for years.
If I could give 0 stars I Would.I love lados but this location is THE WORSE. Multiple times I’ve ordered and had my pizza be burnt. Called and asked if the pizza can please not be burnt this time and received the nastiest attitude from the young lady at the front. Asked for a manager only to be greeted with the same rude, sarcastic attitude. They do not care about the poor quality of the food and they don’t care about decent customer service. Do yourself a favor and just go to another location.
Ordered a large pizza and told to wait 25 minutes. Came back after 28 minutes and the unhappy lady at the counter checked my receipt and realized it hasn’t been started and asked me to wait another 15 minutes. I told her just cancel the order. The guy at the kitchen got out and processed and handed me my refund without saying a word. Bad customer service. Will never come back here again.
Did a phone order and spelled out the name for the girl. Showed up at the time she said it would be done. Told the boy that it was a large sausage and green peppers for Gene. He said that it wasn’t up yet. Waited and waited. After 15 minutes he asked what the name was again, he said not yet. Then a girl who had just been standing around said, “It’s up there”, while pointing. The pizza had been sitting up there the whole time! Of course now it’s cold. He said that they hadn’t spelled the name right, but the girl knew where it was. Was tempted to just walk out, never to return, but there was family waiting. Got it home and it wasn’t even warm after a 3 minuts drive. There were a number of pieces that had no cheese, nor any ordered extras. Really Poor service from one of our favorite places!!!
