We stopped by here for dinner tonight. What a huge mistake.We both got the all in one bucket that was $11.99. We opened up our buckets and we're disgusted. It contained supposedly 3 chicken tenders that were more like chicken nuggets and so hard you couldn't chew them. The fries were cold and I was supposed to get potatoes and gravy, but they didn't give them to me. We were supposed to get 4 dipping sauces and only received 3. The reason I even gave them a 1 was because the Mac and Cheese wasn't horrible and the young man who waited on us was kind. Oh and their biscuit bounced like a rubber ball. Do not waste your good hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeye's
Gave this place few chances, but each time chicken was dry and old. Fries burnt and taste like old frying oil. I feel like the only reason this place stays in business is price lower than Popeyes across the street.

Just got the KFC chicken sandwich here for lunch. We wanted to try the sandwich because we thought it would be good. Well, the bun was cold like it had been refrigerated, the chicken was dry and the sandwich was slopped together. It was the worst sandwich ever. I am a home cook and we rarely eat out. Since we were on the road today we decided to stop at KFC. Never again. I informed the store manager how bad the sandwich was. I told her they need to take pride in what they serve. I would never serve anyone a slopped together, dried out nasty sandwich like that. The manager asked me if I wanted another sandwich. Do I want another one? No Thanks Lady. I will never come back again to KFC or any other fast food restaurant on the road.
Horrible location, horrible staff. They are incompetent cant even get a simple order correct. Looks like they hire kids because all of them don’t know what they are doing.. I mean idk how you can get an order wrong if its placed online. ITS RIGHT INFRONT OF YOU. .. idiots
Sorry! I am absolutely a fan of yo Germantown Md! I love your spicy crispy chicken sandwiches but I was so disappointed in the last one I ordered this! The chicken was so dry and I just had my bottom teeth extracted and have been enjoying those crispy chicken Sandwiches! Sorry i didn't mean to go on a vent but I am a real crispy spicy chicken sandwich fan ❤❤ Thank you for taking time to understand my telling ❤❤❤❤
At 10pm old food should not be given to customers with several hours before closing A chicken Popeye should taste fresh without brown film and hardened gravy they could do better they choose to serve me trash go somewhere else at night not this location
