Stopped in to pick up a simple order, 1 sub with turkey and bacon. I waited at the counter as the only person in line, face to face with the employees, yet I had to wait 10 minutes until they filled the online orders. This is not acceptable. There were 5 employee working the front area, standing around chatting, wiping the work area right onto the floor, making 2 times the work...poorly being managed.
12:15p-12:30p Watched crew member making my sandwich drop sauce bottle on floor then pick up set on service table again not change gloves or wash hands. Then cashier that handled our order taking payments goes to work the grill with same gloves not washing hands. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions. Pickles well above refrigeration. Some serious health dept violations here. Will save my self the chance of getting sick and throw away and not come back to this business.
We ordered the #17 Mike's famous Philly, and I commend the taste of the meat! Good purchased!
The sandwich I ordered was good, but I paid almost $2 for a bag of chips and they sent me the small snack size bag instead of the larger 1.5oz as advertised on the app. Rather disappointing

On 02/17/2022, Thursday I called the restaurant to place an order for pick up at 8:49 PM from the parking lot right outside of the restaurant . The person who answered the phone refused to take the order saying they are closing soon despite of me saying I’m right in front of the restaurant. I walked into the place and saw the restaurant was totally empty and he was on his phone. Restaurant still had open sign illuminated. I have called many times around 8:40 pm from this location and placed the pick up order but I’m very disappointed this time . I know they have long hours but at the same time I had just finished the work and was planning to pick up my dinner on my way home. I love jersey Mike’s food but with this is unacceptable for me as I am very frustrated today. Hopefully it won’t happen to others.
I really like Jersey Mike's. Typically great sandwiches that are quick and made to order. For some reason I have given this location 3 chances of which none have been a good experience. Besides being the slowest location I've ever been to I've never gotten the sandwich I asked for. Not just a simple mistake like putting mushrooms on a sandwich that I requested them not being on, but just a completely different sandwich. A blemish on a good brand.
Ordered 2 subs with door dash and it was wrong steak and cheese had no cheese and they was cold and we Ordered chips with them and never got the chips and they said all they could do is make a new one but we had would have to come get it but we Ordered through door dash because of not having a vehicle will never order there again
Horrible Horrible sandwich.. The roll was hard like days old stale,it was mayo just piled on. I wasn't even able to eat it a waste of money. Highly disappointed.
Placed the order using the app and put the special requests in. 2 regular sandwiches.. a #13 and a #8. I asked for yellow mustard and extra bacon on the #8 and barely had bacon on the sandwich. The quality of our order tonight was disappointing. Sloppy and incomplete. I will need to find another location
