**** Beware!!!****Employees illegally add there own tip to your card when you don't leave a tip. I called in an order and it was never given to the cook and I had to re order when I got there and it took an additional 20 minutes over the inital 15 minutes they said it would take. Had to call the manager to explain the situation and he gave me partial money back
Great Teamwork! Thank you Ms Beth for making sure we didn’t have to wait a second longer! She noticed us patiently waiting for our server and she came in, introduced herself, proceeded take our orders for her colleague Ms Susana. A little busy today, with it being Easter Sunday, definitely understand the wait; even then it wasn’t even 10 minutes and we got seated after walking in. It was a great service today. Thanks!
Ordered a spicy poblano omelet & there was no shredded beef with NY cheesecake pancakes but got plain pancakes. The family meal was suppose to come with sausage & bacon. Didn't get any bacon. There was also hair in the hash browns. I had pretty much the same issues the last time we ordered breakfast from this location.
Location hard to find but with perseverance we made it. Service was slow, order delayed by what seemed to be confusion in the kitchen. Waiting staff follow up was good. Omelet great, eggs and bacon as expected, toast was not toasted. More like bread and cold. If I lived in the area I would not return.
This has got to be the worst ihop experience ever and I've been to ihops all over the country. First they forgot my order of sausage then they forgot to give me gravy for two orders of country fried steak. I have three orders of pancakes and they gave me two packets of syrup! On top of that I gave them a $5 tip at online checkout! Now I have to drive back because their phone goes directly to voice-mail like it's somebody's cell phone!
Order the Spicy Pobollo omelet that's supposed to have shredded beef on it. Where's the BEEF!! All egg.
I ordered for a curbside pickup online. I notified the restaurant through app that I had arrived. However, no one came for 20 mins. I gave them a call multiple times but no one picked up. So I went inside and there were 2 people near the counter doing nothing. I gave a call from inside too see if they would pick up, but nope. They just completely ignored it.Then I called a waiter and asked her about my order. She asked my name and she said the order was almost ready. I waited for 10 more mins and still my order was not there. Then she came back and asked my name again and said she couldn't find my order request at all in the system. I showed her the app and she went inside and came back with my order. I came back home to find out that some items in my order were wrong.Terrible service. Never going back again.
In a restaurant, you either pay for good food or good experience. This one has neither. Talking about your life right over a eating customer’s head is not cool.
The bathrooms smell like literal trash. Couldn’t even enjoy taking my kids out to a nice family dinner. My server was horrible, every time recently that I come here the servers are RUDE. This iHop has turned into what it smells like….trash. This place was way better just 2-3 years ago. I’m not sure if it’s the management (probably) or what. When I come in the mornings and ask to speak to the manager named Juan he is always rude and unprofessional. This whole establishment is a joke…Someone needs to shut this place down for work negligence. Just repulsive.
