Great customer service! Ordered through Uber eats and realized I needed more of their hot and sour soup after placing my order. I gave them a call and they were so flexible to modify my order.I absolutely love their hot and sour soup! Whenever I don’t feel well and need a comfort soup, I think of house of fortune’s soups. The depth of flavor in the hot and sour soup and the lasting heat of their soups makes the meal a source of ultimate comfort.

Bland overnight food that's just been reheated, and grossly overpriced for the quality given. How can they charge 4 things for $50 and give something that taste so bland? Seriously disappointed, ended up not sitting to well with my stomach afterwards as well.The only good thing was the dumplings that they didn't fully defrost, so you know it wasn't made by them.House of fortune has always been my favorite place since I was a kid, fond memories with my family, but they really ruined the franchise' name.
The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Not many places have vegetarian dumplings, but they do here, and they’re delicious. I chatted with the owner and they were really friendly and knowledgeable about veggie options. I will definitely be coming back here for dumplings in the future! I also got tofu with vegetables, which was also delicious.
Sorry to say but first few orders were good but after that they messed up all our orders on purpose. They made the food way too salty and when we went for exchange they didn't make anything and the staff was either don't understand or they are just rude
Food is good (4 stars), price is a little on the high side (3 stars). One of the better Chinese places in Germantown area.
Simply one word defines them i.e. Cheater , cheater and cheater and I believe every other person is cheated in that restaurant , they have a menu with different prices and when you pay they have different prices so make sure you validate it and when I asked for this misleading prices , the owner start fighting and came with excuses that prices changes everyday and they can’t print menu every day although she herself told me that menu card they have is 2 year old.I will be escalating this matter to other authorities too for such a misleading and cheating behavior .
Pan fried pork dumplings were good as was the Mooshi Pork, however Gen Chaos chicken pieces were cut to small which lead them to be overcooked. sauce was good, but can’t make up for overcooked chicken.
I've ordered from here twice in the last week and the food is amazing. All of the flavors I crave. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken the 1st time and it was so good the taste stayed in my mind so I had to order it again along with The Chicken in Garlic Sauce. Both were just as yummy this time. I will always order from here cuz the other local spots are bland. The food arrives steaming hot.
Decent oriental food, it was hot and well prepared. Will come back again.
