Was in the mood for some wings during my lunch break so decided to give this place a try. Ordered wings, went to pick them up and NO ONE was there! I literally waited my whole lunch break for someone to come as I had been billed for the order and no one ever showed. Another car came presumbaly looking for their order and had the same issue I did. I called, no answer and even left a voicemail but no one returned my call. I figured they would remove the pending payment and they still billed me! This would have been my second time going there after deciding to give them another shot after the first order was incorrect and not very good from a previous visit. BIG MISTAKE! I will not be returning and I encourage you all to just go elsewhere for wings. This is not how you do business. They took my hard earned money and I have yet to receive a refund, this was almost a week ago. They have also made it difficult to receive the money back. If you weren't there, cancel the orders and payments! It's simple, DO NOT GO HERE.
These were by far the most nasty wings I’ve ever had. One order was undercooked, the other order looked like old burnt wings and smelled horrible.
I just ordered delivery. Chicken wings had no crunch & neither did the fries. The fries also tasted weird. Waste of $16
They literally have no idea how to cook fries. It was like they boiled them. The wings are incredibly small. Why am I paying money for food to already be made if I have to cook it when I get home?
I ordered delivery and got food poisoning due to under cooked chicken. I returned last week and the wings were fully cooked but nothing to write home about. The skin had no crunch and the foods expensive.
Third time here. Got their mumbo wings, fries and a half smoke. Delicious!
Yum! Delicious wings! I try to get a new flavor every time I go! Never disappoints! Also, the chicken sandwich is massive, delicious and satisfying! I love to get their sweet potato fries and a D.C. dog, too, when I need a quick bite to eat. I love Heavenly Wings! Thanks for being consistent, efficient and customer-friendly!
I ordered from Heavenly Wings a few times and each time the customer service was spot on it and food was excellent. The manager is excellent which pairs nicely with the great customer service. I’d order from Heavenly Wings Everyday if possible.
I stopped by heavenly wings last night and ordered a combo of Lemon Pepper wings and fries. Food was perfectly seasoned.
This has been my absolute favorite place to eat since moving to Germantown. Not a single bad item on the menu and all at a good price.This place and its owner deserves 5 stars and more.
