Great burgers. Better than the ones you get in "sit down" restaurants. Reasonable price but more than fast food. I just wish this locations had the soda machine that Shady Grove has.Update: they got the new soda machine!Pricing is ticking up... But so is everything else these days.Staff is still great.
I offered via Active Menus online. They were quick and it was a contact less delivery. First time and happy. The food from Five Guys is the best too! I still have leftover canjun ? fries for tomorrow too!
These guys just took my money and did not deliver my food. The restaurant has confirmed they made my food but they have no idea where it is. I would highly recommend against ordering delivery from this location. They have no idea what they are doing or what is going on with their food. If you cannot properly deliver food you should NOT be offering it as an option. We are done with Five Guys for awhile, there are a ton of other great options around Germantown, MD

That place was awesome. You can order not only cheeseburgers, bacon cheeseburgers, and sandwiches, you can also buy order hot ? and Cajun fries. You also get free peanuts ? to eat while you are waiting for your food. Also on their walls, they show articles of magazines from past years describing their food. They also show quotes about what people say about their food and how their restaurant is ranked. Try Five guys out. I think that you will like the food there.
Food is consistent and usually fast enough. My order is specific and they always remember I want just beef with potatoes.
Amazing! I've been here several times and they always nail it! And they give soooooo much fries that it spills from the cup into the bag!

The manager was totally rude, threatening to spit on our food. She should be fired and never work inn the food industry.
Five Guys makes probably the best "chain" burger of all.And the "chips" are always freshly cut, just off the fryer, crisp, and salted to perfection.Simple, no nonsense food to sustain body and soul.Pity they removed the "extra cheese" topping from the app, but if you order in person they will comply.We "do" FG every weekend.If you want simple, straightforward, and uncomplicated food and you come across one, it's a no-brainer, just go for it.
