Sub is good.. soups are bad… customer service and friendliness are worst!The worst chili i ever had in my life.. i ordered a sub and chili.. chili is all watery and no meat inside tasted really bad.. took it back to the counter to replace it with a different soup, the salesman was about to replace it, but another guy interfered (spoke to the salesman in spanish) and he was harshly telling he wont take it back or replace it! Such a harsh and unfriendly behavior! Just stay away from this place!!
Long time since I been to one of this. Went for lunch and customer service was great and the food was presentable and correctly served. One of the reasons I stopped going to this chain in particular was because every time I ordered a sandwich it looked like it came out of a blender, it was hard not to make a mess because the sandwich was just coming apart as I was trying to eat it. This time it was not the case.

If I could give no stars I would. I've been to this location twice. The first time was to order a sub for my boyfriend and the service that day took 20 minutes when I was the only one there. After I brought the sub back to my boyfriend, he said the sub tasted funny and didn't feel well the rest of the day.After a few years of not having gone, I went yesterday with my boyfriend to order a medium sandwich along with a brownie to go. My boyfriend and I are the the only ones in the store, and I get rang up. I paid for the food and told my boyfriend to pick brownie he wanted to have the cashier have a look of realization on her face that she rang us up for two brownies and told us to grab another one and that she was sorry. She never asked if I wanted two and was okay with just having another brownie. I got no offer to refund the extra brownie. Considering I've had two bad experiences with Firehouse I'm never going back. While I will say the cashier did apologize for ringing up an extra brownie, I've never had a cashier not ask to make sure I was okay with being charged for an extra item before.
The workers were nice. It didn't appear busy, but waited 10 minutes for 1 medium sandwich. Maybe, it was understaffed. There were only 2 staff members.

If I could give less than one star I would. We ordered a platter for a company lunch meeting and we had it set to be picked up at 10:30 AM. When I arrived at 10:28 to pick it up I was very rudely told that they do not open until 10:30 and to see my way out. When I let them know that the front door was open and that I was there to pick up my order that was due in 2 minutes they told me it wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes. None of the timing matters to us but the tone and rudeness of the employee was really unacceptable and I will never order anything from this establishment again. This place knows nothing about customer service. If I could have canceled my order and got my money back I would have done it on the spot.
