Ordered 2 drinks, WAY too much creamer to coffee/chai ratio.Also, excessively sweet.
Ordered a plain bagel cream cheese tasted disgusting and the hash browns were all stale and not fresh
There’s 2 workers that was so kind and they said if you show me proof why should I give you a free donut so I show something and then they gave me free donut 100% 5 star

Had a mistake with my DD delivery, but the staff was super friendly and quick to correct it. They even sent a couple donuts. My latte was good - I like that they have more syrup flavor options than Starbucks.
Consistently forgets to put the roasted tomatoes on the hummus toast. Make sure you check before leaving as they more often than not forget
They never open on time, showed up at 4:45am and door was locked and their hours said open at 4:30am. Looks like i’m going to work without breakfast. I’ll just take my business to mcdonald’s instead.
I tried calling before posting but the phone just gives a busy tone over and over again. I just left this location. Their hashbrowns are absolutely disgusting. They’re hard and stale and taste like old freezer burnt food. $14 for two sandwiches and two orders of hashbrowns…. Makes me not even want to try the sandwich at this point. Step up your game I definitely won’t be coming back to this location
Can only speak to coffee and donuts but have been happy with this place. They gave my son a free donut on his birthday.
15 minutes at a standstill in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me... Totally unacceptable, especially for a company that supposedly prides itself on fast service.Employees and even management violate the county mandate by wearing masks as chin straps. Nobody who works there ever seems to know what's going on. You place your order at the speaker and they deliver you someone else's order at the windowThis location really needs to get its act together. Most of the time I travel out of my way to the darnestown location just to get some decent service.
