Every time I visit this Dunkin there is something wrong with my order especially since their best employee who used to make sure everything was right and was fresh and hot is no longer there....but it's getting really annoying because I'm spending a fair amount of money but I'm getting poor quality service and product / food. And it's a waste of time to go back and go inside because one of the young ladies that supposed to be a supervisor has a horrible attitude I think I'll just have to go to a different one from now on despite the convenience of it being right up the street from my home.
Lately this Duncan has continued to go downhill. I feel like there's always an issue with each of my orders whether it's from carelessness or bad customer service. This is the most convenient location to my home but I think I'm going to have to start visiting others because I don't have money to continue wasting. To be more specific today I ordered the snacking bacon which is supposed to be eight pieces of bacon I received three to four and a half pieces not to mention that it wasn't even hot and appeared undercooked. I've done several surveys after visiting and no responses to them so I figured this is the next best option. It doesn't make sense to go in and try to speak to a supervisor because the one that I've encountered on a few incidences was pretty rude.
This Dunkin location is the closest to my house and while I have overlooked some custome service issue and quality issues in the past because of convenience, I simply can’t hold it in anymore.The food is inconsistent at best. Sometimes it’s over cooked, sometimes it’s undercooked. Sometimes they are courtesy, sometimes they are rude. Everything about this location is inconsistent.Today there was just an overall unprofessional crew there this morning. Unfortunately it won’t be my last visit just from a matter of convenience but it will definitely not be my first choice if I can help it.
I was disappointed with the box of coffee I bought for a business breakfast this morning. I have never been to this location before, and watched them pour one regular-sized pot of coffee into the box and close it. It was less than half full and they said the $20 box is only exactly 10 cups. I have been to several other Dunkins where they rightfully fill the box to the pour spout. It seemed like a “cheap” move that was more expensive. Basically paying $2 each for a small cup of black coffee. I will not purchase from this location again.
Hi everyone,I’m giving this place a 1 star. The reason for this is the taste and consistency of my drinks. My favorite drink is called Iced Matche Latte.When I get this drink at other Dunkin Donuts, it’s perfect and the taste matches. They seem to do the right thing if it matches.Now, when I get it here, the taste is like from a different flavored drink. I don’t know if there powders or drinks are mixing, but no way the taste can change on my 3 different occasions.I wonder if someone has tasted this issue?Sincerely,Sumeet
Awesome Experience thanks too Michelle, I treated my Elderly Mother to breakfast at this awesome fast pace location, & my Mother wanted Hot water with Lemons no one understood how to help. Thankfully Michelle jumped in & left the most positive impact easily becoming the highlight of our Morning. I have dunkin everyday but I go to this one every Friday and sometimes on Saturdays and they ALWAYS get my order right. That is extremely important to me because I want what I pay for and to be honest I'm usually running late and don't have time for a redo!! The staff here is always so friendly and helpful as well.
They just can’t get the refreshers right. Every other Dunkin tastes better. I’ve complained but to no avail.
