The food was delivered quickly. The driver on the other hand was very persistent on me "totaling" my credit card which was already taken care of online. I tested positive for covid and didn't want to open the door until the driver left. Being charged a delivery fee for more than five dollars is one thing but to be pressured to add more was extremely rude. I specifically said knock and leave. I don't think I need to state that I am sick and don't want to pass this on to anyone else. Drivers name is Paul
The pizza is well made and always delivered fast. However the deliveries are specifically listed as contactless. Too bad the drivers always refuse to leave until they have physically handed you your pizza, even if you have barking dogs at the door, are working, or wave at them through the glass. One time I was in a job interview over Zoom and the driver stood there for 20 minutes ringing the doorbell and I believe he even called his location about it because he made a call. Even after I had waved in the window.. I've been living here for over a year and this is always the case. God forbid I had Covid or was scared of getting it. My dogs have also almost ruined the transaction a few times because these guys DO NOT care if it is inconvenient to open the glass door.
"Thank you for calling dominos, please hold". That's about all your getting from this place. Good luck with ordering online too when it goes to this store. They never accept the order and the website shows an error, charge you anyway, and show up with pizza 2 hours later.Now we have to call in once again to cancel the order. May be one of the most mismanaged places I have ever dealt with. At least they are consistently bad.
Haven’t ordered Dominies in forever so I thought we’d try something new. Delivery was quick and on time, food was hot but the pizza smelled awkward! Not sure if it was the cheese or pepperoni but we didn’t eat it. Didn’t want to chance getting sick!

Really enjoyed the pizza. Got the thin crust and it was delicious! Thanks for the good food. A gem of a spot in Germantown.
TY the assistant to the manager or manager is terrible. Paid over $50 for two large pizzas and wings and a garden salad just to receive the two pizzas.. We kindly called to report the issue in hope of a resolution. We were hung up twice and told at the end to go speak to the boss the following day. Awful service, lying driver and a lost order taker. I do not recommend this place. One bit!
Ordered pizza for me and my kids today 12/17/21 I never got the pizza the " manager" stated she could not give me a refund at all because it was my fault, she also didn't want to tell me the owner of the stores name , she hung up on me twice , I Ordered pizza from here a few days ago no issues so I don't understand why she gave me such a hard time so I now have to drive up there tomorrow morning to try and get my 40 bucks back for food that I never received.....

Ordered 2 pizzas. I tipped the driver generously bc it’s the holidays and I was feeling cheerful. Thanks so much. This is my pizza that was delivered. Called to have it prepared and delivered again and I got hung up on. Called back and was told it would be there in FORTY MINUTES & to make sure I give them back the pizzas. So rude. So unprofessional. It looks like they played football with my pizza. I have 3 young children we were having pizza and movie night. Thanks so much.
