This Dairy Queen is fantastic! The staff are friendly and provide great service. Also, when they are busy (both inside and at the drive thru) the whole team has an efficient system to fill orders quickly. Harry helped us last night, and he was terrific. Our ice cream was delicious and ready in no time. I highly recommend this location. ?
Looks like they don’t offer food ordering through their app at this location. Twice I’ve tried and they didn’t have that option available so I just went elsewhere.
This Dairy Queen never disappoints! Last night after a stressful day, my fiancé and I went to Dairy Queen at 9:28 PM. We pulled around noticing that the menu light was off and everything was probably already shut down. The nicest employee, Big Sammy, saw us pull around the drive through which is when we asked if they were closed. Sammy replied he would be happy to help us, even though the hard working team had already cleaned all their machines.It was incredibly nice of Sammy to go the extra mile for us, especially when they were already closed down. Thank you so much for this small act of kindness Sammy! You don’t know how much it meant to us ?
Went here last night after work for a blizzard and it was quick and delicious! Great management. Young lady in the drive thru with the beautiful bracelets served me and we chatted a bit, made my night!?
Drive thru is convenient, but they're just as courteous when I've gone in for my order! Never have any issues with my orders.

Great customer service received from Bryan. We came in close to closing (around 10 pm,) and we had a large order. Even though I know they wanted to get out of there for the night, Bryan was very nice, helpful and patient. He made our order with ease. Thank you for the great service.
Changes their hours as they see fit. Does not follow posted hours on the door or hours listed on Google. Ice cream is good otherwise. Just poor management
I love the cakes from DQ. But the service at this location has been really iffy when I come. On my last visit, the woman behind the counter pretty much ignored me, even when I spoke to her directly. A guy came running from across the room and helped. But it was a really weird experience. The woman didn’t even talk to me when she was ringing me out. Not even to tell me how much my final purchase was.
I always come here because the managers are amazing and are very respectful. There customer service is at the top. And besides that they make the ice cream amazing. The managers attended me and the other group of people with respect and kindness. I’ve gone to other dairy queens but this one has been my favorite go to for about a year now. @Hawt Fash it seems very embarrassing that you call these hardworking employees lazy. If your very upset over ice cream, theres a McDonalds down the road sir and you can help yourself. And you also show a lot of maliciousness because the fact that you took a picture of this young man and put it out to the public without his consent says a lot. Please think of what your doing to this young man’s privacy OVER AN ICE CREAM CONE.
