Reeses peanut butter cup ice cream is delicious!
Depending on who is working at the time this is the ABSOLUTE WORST Cold Stone I’ve been to! Made a mobile order through Door Dash just for the order to be completely incorrect! I ordered multiple toppings to be added to me ice cream and didn’t receive any of it! And we all know how expensive Door Dash can be! I tried going to the store shortly after receiving my order to have things corrected just to find out they closed due to the system being down! So at this point I can’t even get my order corrected. I thought I could maybe try calling so I could AT LEAST leave a message for them about the issues I’ve had BUT can’t even do that because their mailbox is full! This place is an absolute joke and isn’t the first time they messed up my order! I would have rather them deny my Door Dash request if they knew they were closing due to system errors then half doing my order having me pay for what they knew I wouldn’t receive. This would have saved me money and gas!!
Decent place to get ice cream.
This ice cream shop is and has been rock solid for decades!
They didn't have the flavor nor the toppings i originally wanted. They have me the wrong flavor when i picked one they have in stock. On top of that there was a hair in it. The employees were nice and everything but the service wasn't good.
Well cold-stone Is always my fav place. Than any other ice cream shop I love here. This place is located on the side of the main road and so you have to do parallel parking to get into the store. Make sure to open the door by yourself and go as I just went in when a person came out and so there was no one to attend for me. Tried calling them but I felt they did not hear me, so I went and opened the door again and the bell rang and then only the person came to take my order.But apart from they were patient enough to check my gift card balance and then take my order. Till now not tried online order.
I visited the Germantown store today, walked in with my daughter and son. No greeting from anyone, first thing came out of a young lady’s mouth was “do you have a mask” I said no I wasn’t aware I needed a mask since Maryland lifted the mask rule, her response “ we can’t service you without a mask” I wasn’t upset about the rule of the mask but her approach was so rude and unwelcoming. I then called to speak with the manager as I was told to hold, I heard whispering and laughing in the background, she then said the manager was not there she’ll be back tomorrow at which time I asked for her name, she told me Kayla. Very poor customer service…

Online times not updated or workers simply decided to close early. Ordered online but my order was withheld despite arriving and the workers staring at me through the window. Highly unprofessional.
