So they let Uber eats take our order, presumably to someone else's address, then "remade" my order, but in actuality, made and gave me someone else's order. I know they are extremely busy, but this is unacceptable. Sometimes attention to detail drops off when you're rushing. I appreciate your hard work, but what good is it when you fail miserably?

I usually avoid this Chipotle because the taste and quality is not consistent but a few days ago I was nearby so I went in. When I was almost finished ordering I noticed there was no guacamole. I was disappointed but it didn't make or break the meal. I got to the front of the line and noticed they had guac on the line where they prepare the online orders. I asked if I could get guac on my bowl and the cashier said the guac was for online orders only. I asked her, had I ordered online right before coming in would I have been able to get guac, she said yes. I asked if I could just place the online order then since I hadn't paid yet and she said no. I left without the food because that is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever dealt with. I understand having a shortage but if it's right there where in store customers can see, why not make it available in store and have it unavailable for online orders? The fact that they could not make an exception is what I couldn't get past. Part of customer service should be common sense decisions. I won't be back to this location.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I have a strong feeling they OVER-SALT their online orders on purpose. Every time I get an online order from here they OVER-SALT my food to the point of it being INEDIBLE. Anytime I’m in the store physically the food is not salty but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE. Every interaction with an employee feels like a bad one.

Employees will just ignore the line while doing online orders, probably because they’ll get in trouble for failing online order times but they don’t for making in person customers wait. They have new employees in who don’t even know how to wrap a burrito. If they have some competent they’re usually on online orders. I should really go to the other chipotle

This is the absolute worse chipotle in Germantown. Online orders are never ready on time. And the orders are wrong. Tonight, ordered a bowl with barbcoa, brown rice, lettuce. Got a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, and slathered with sour cream. Also ordered guacamole, which was missing too.I would much rather drive 20 minutes away to another chipotle than go to this location. Never again!

Very disorganized and food was not fresh at all. Wife’s barbacoa tacos had maybe 2oz of meet and all sauce. My chicken burrito was super dry like it has been sitting in that pan for hours. They had no guacamole and took a while just to ask for them to refil the napkins box. Not a great experience. Won’t be coming back.

So, this Chipotle is certainly different than some of the other locations. The young staff were knowledgeable and SWIFT. I was on rhe phone (which is pretty rude i know, forgive me) and they still got my half-way paying attention self through the line without one hiccup. The cashier was female she was lovely and attentive, the fellas who prepared the food we're gentlemen and ready to rock.When you need some Chipotle... Go to this one. End of discussion.

The customer servers were not friendly at all, the cashier was talking to others who worked there and almost totally ignored me. I had asked for sour cream on the side and watched them put it into a container, but it was not in the bag when I got home. The Barbacoa was full of fat — won’t be returning to Germantown Chipotle.

Hello,I usually don't complain. But I had the worst customer experience at your location today at 2pm the lady working tortilla was very rude and not helpful at all for the request I was asking for. I clearly told her that I wanted fresh lettuce since there was only like 4 pieces of lettuce. I was nicely asking if she can please give me new lettuce and instead she refused and got new one and ended up giving me again the left over lettuce. I told her please I asked you for the fresh one and three times with a very rude face told me that's all the lettuce we have. Walking away talking about me. Her thinking that I didn't understand went to get the manager and he helped me. I work has a secret shopper and let me tell you this is the worst experience you can give to a customer. Im sharing with my family that come here all the time and friends that this location is very dissapointing.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering here.One of the worst customer service , took nearly 30 minutes after estimated pickup time. They did not bother putting it in the pickup shelf. I asked why bother having a shelf, the person says 'you all have to come and check here'. I did not realize that the pickup shelf is for exclusive customers . So much attitude and negative energy here , good bye Germantown chipotle.
