Aye I never order this place for pick up. There has been times that I come to pick up my order and they give me the wrong name, they don’t even check to see information or proof of picking up an order.Just say any name and they’ll give it to you.Couple days ago they gave my order away to someone else, even though there’s no one else. In the state of Maryland with my name.After showing proof that I didn’t pick up my order, the manger continue to say that she already gave it away. And that there was nothing she could do.I sat there for 15 minutes, asking the lady what should I do.Whole time she gave my order away to someone named TAMARA when my name starts with LATA.Smh
I ordered a chicken bowl, in front of me they served half scoop of chicken few drop of queso. When I request for some extra they charged me $3 for queso and $8 for chicken. Not expected from chipotle.
Worst customer service. The manager makes the food while using her phone and then makes the phone. My food was supposed to be ready at 8:20pm, I waited, at 9:02 I asked again, to which she told I could cancel my order if I wanted, after having already waited 40 minutes. Definitely needs better service skills, that was supposed to be the manager. Terrible terrible. There are other places I can spend my money chipotle.
This Chipotle is simultaneously the absolute worst, or the most incredible best Chipotle ever. at the same time. We live close by and order from here frequently. There are essentially two different preparers of the food at the establishment. One person (or staff group) puts exactly ZERO salt or seasoning in any of the food and puts only fatty meat pieces in the burritos/bowls/etc. They also have a tendency to forget to put anything except lime in the rice. Truly it is awful when this staff is working. Then on other days, the food is SO good. The level of salt and seasoning is perfection. The meat is prepared and cut perfectly. Everything tastes so good. We keep going back, ofc because of convenience, but also in the hopes that we will get the good staff. Seriously. On some days, this is a one star establishment. On other days its a 10 out of 5 stars. What is happening in this place??
4 stars for food. Would give 5 stars if they put way less sodium in their food. Since they make their food fresh everyday, I don't see why they can't make their food with healthy levels of sodium. 3 stars for customer service. This location is awful for customer service. 50% of the time they get our order wrong.
okay i hate to be this person but it is actually laughable how bad my meal was. i ordered a cheese quesadilla via online and what i received was literally two quarters of a quesadilla with very VERY little cheese so I'm not sure what happened. Maybe the other pieces didn't make it to the plate.. BUT the main issue I had is I ordered queso and it had pieces of CHICKEN IN IT, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it doesn't come with it and it wouldn't bother me other than the fact that I'm an vegetarian so it was pretty upsetting to discover this. don't know what's going on as its super annoying and disturbing to get what you believe is vegetarian for it to randomly not be. I'm sorry but i wouldn't think i'd have to double check queso to make sure there's no chicken it.
Don't get Chipotle app delivery from here. They seem to be too busy to actually read the order. Messed up my toppings and did not handle it well when I tried to get the correct order made.
For some reason they almost never get my order right when placing it online, when they do, they basically give me half bowls. Since the app doesn’t let me add salad dressing on the side, I always call but it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone. They either pick up and hang up right away or pick up the phone and let it sit there. HORRIBLE STORE! I wish their app let me choose where to order from to be delivered to me. NEVER ORDERING FOR DELIVERY AGAIN!
The food served here tastes great, although eating it can be somewhat difficult and messy, since the ingredients often fall out of the food, especially if you order a burrito. The workers assemble your order behind a window at the counter, as you request what to have on your food. They do well in fulfilling your order with accuracy. People in line were good about social distancing, so although the line appeared to be long, at times, it wasn't necessarily so.
