They have a good customer service, the food was spectacular and the employees were all friendly. Even my wife loves going there mostly because of the food and also the kind and friendlier workers, there is this one black guy that work at this branch and he’s a wonderful guy. This young man wears a beanie and whenever I’m there he always make sure to open a friendly discussion that made me and my family laugh. Good food, good employees, and clean restaurant

I go inside to grab my order, the drive thru line is always so long! The food never disappoints though.
I got delivery and I did not receive my whole order I only got 1 sandwich when I was supposed to get sauce on side, 2 sandwiches and fries. There was not even Napkins in the bag I am not happy and not satisfied
Out of all the Chick-fil-A's I've visited (in MoCo, HoCo, and PGCo- I think this location has the best service! They usually get my order correct and the one time they didn't, they had great customer service. The staff have always been nice and friendly. I think they're line would move even faster if they do like some others do n taking your order and money outside and bringing it to u, and perhaps they do at certain times, but I've never seen it in the am or evening when I've gone through.
I ordered this through door dash, I ordered an 8 count nugget meal instead got 3 tenders, chicken is chicken but it’s not what I ordered/paid for.
Drive thru line is horrible. Worst set up I've ever seen or any Chick-Fil-A, let alone any establishment. The set up required you to be reliant that someone in line left enough space and isn't a j*** that the people exiting the drive though can squeeze through because it gets so backed up that you can't gett out any other way. The line makes nearly half the parking lot unusable. Something needs to be done. Sitting in the same drive thru spot for over 12 mins without moving in a line that takes 40+ mins to get through. No thanks. That's not fast food. Unless something is done about the traffic flow and efficiency/speed, I have no intention of returning.
Idk what’s been going on recently but they’re always forgetting something and i can’t even enjoy my food, “my pleasure” PLEASE if it was your pleasure you would make sure everything is in my bag. And if your an employee please quit if your not going above and beyond. ?
Rather quick service at drive thru, very effective.Edit: amidst this entire pandemic their service has remained top tier. Kudos to all those involved in making this well oiled machine run!
Everyone was very nice and my kids love this food. Definitely our number 1 spot to go when we go out for fast food.
