Lowest food quality and least customer service possible!! Not at all a good representative for Persian food or culture AT ALL!! The Koobideh kebab was seemingly 80% fat which made the kebab color grayish even though it was burnt in some spots!! They served us in to-go boxes while we were dining in!! The guy even did not move an inch from the front desk to pass a plastic bag to us, let alone any other customer services!! Do not recommend at all and wont return there ever!
The front desk guys are extremely rude. They have zero sense of customer service. They literally throw receipts and pen to you for signature. Most important of all food quality is poor.. The qubaidah kabob taste like raw meat.. and the rice wasn't fully cooked.. such a WASTE of my $$.. Will NEVER visit this place.
I ordered 3 dishes [take out] from Caspian Kabob at Germantown,MD today. Food was pretty horrible. They packed the boxes in a single plastic bag which was about to rip. asked the associated for an extra bag and i was told i don't need extra bag. worst customer service ever. If you don't want customer then just close the shop. Dont give those rude facial looks towards the customers. Will never order from this place again even though it's in my locality.

I just got some chicken kabob, koobide and soltani. All koobideh and soltani were totally burnt and chicken taste was awful! We all were very disappointed. We had ordered from Caspian before and it wasn't that bad but today's pickup was horrible!
My $13 dollars Gyro was fine!! The lettuce was kind old! Meat seasoning was very good!
Unimpressed with this $13 Gyro. Meat was super dry, lettuce was brown, and the sauce had little to no taste. I thought that since this place was expensive the food would be good. Very wrong. I was also wanting a gyro that I could hold and eat and this is not an option with the gyro’s from here. Will not return. Feels like waste of money.
Went to the menu on this site, ordered and was asked for about a $5 dollar difference than listed….which they said they have nothing to do with. I showed them and still paid the higher price. Be careful!
Have the food many times always fresh and tasty. Best kabobs.
