Everything about this place is great except for a couple of things, namely the lack of a clean bathroom at 9am, suddenly considering there was no one there besides us 2 other people, plus when we ordered a large order we were not given napkins :(I was extremely upset by this. And the food and everything else was top notch :)
First of all, they don't even understand your order i believe don't understand English. The service is poor, you have to verify your order before leaving otherwise if they mess up your order you won't be able to reach them by phone because they don't answer the phone. You will have to come back or just deal with the messed order. If there is zero, I will give zero.
This location drive thru is the worst. I told them I need extra bacon and they gave two strippe. Never again. The other germantown burger ki g has good customer service than this location. Moreover they have a rude manager.Adding this to my review. I told them no tomato's they end up giving me tomatos this burger has barely lettuce in it.
We had to repeat the order three times for them to get it right. Food was good, but window person needs to do better
IDK whose working the kitchen today but they made me the best whopper and fries I've ever had. Delish!
I guess they stop taking orders half an hour before they close. ??? It seemed like the car in front of me was able to order. But when I pulled up to the order screen there was no one there. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes and then drove up to the window and knocked. No answer. Then I called on the phone. It would ring, and then just disconnect. I tried the order screen/speaker again. No response. I called again, and got disconnected again. If you’re closed, let people know. Also, update your info on Google. And turn your sign off. And maybe let people already waiting to order, order. Pathetic customer service.
I was waiting in line for my son's kids meal around 5pm today and I understand that they are busy. But the real issue was the girl giving out the orders she gave me such a bad attitude and eye contact that she doesn't deserve to be working there if she doesn't like to deal with customers .
The lady at the register that was going to take my order was rude and apparently annoyed by the fact that I wanted to order there lol. Another guy end up taking my order and they charged me for something I did not order.
Service is decent....not great. Not horrible either.
Great taste but they always forget to give my ranch or ketchup or mayonnaise for my fries. I only notice when I'm out of there.
