One of the problems at this particular Burger King which is near the Department of Energy. Is that some of the employees refuse to speak English or listen to the customers they are so quick to take the points of the customers and still not give them the complete order claiming that they should have ordered from the car or that item doesn't come with the meal when the coupon clearly states that it does. Many times I've been with coworkers and we try to use our points and we are denied because we didn't order from the car and when we do order from the car then we come in to get our order not everything is in the bag are on the tray
We experienced terrible customer service here. My husband and I each ordered an impossible whopper because we both do not eat beef. We placed the orders through the app (separately), but the app makes it difficult to select impossible whopper versus whopper (I am not sure why they are listed under the same option as most individuals requesting an impossible whopper do so because they do not eat meat). Unfortunately my husband thought he selected the impossible whopper but mistakenly selected the regular whopper instead. When we went to the worker to explain what happened, she handled our situation in a condescending and rude manner and refused to provide assistance in correcting the mistake. nor did she show compassion or empathy for the fact that we do not eat beef. We left the item and walked out. This is a disgrace as we have never received such treatment from Burger King before. We are also from out of town (NYS) and are terribly turned off from frequenting Burger King while in the Germantown area.
Ordered at 6:32 got good at 6:46 I thought this was a fast food place. Definitely don't recommend the new melt sandwiches ? what a rip off for 8 bucks it's no bigger than a hockey puck. Plus the sour dough wasn't even toasted.
I've ordered lots of times from this location, takeout or delivery. It has been pretty consistent, except for the last two times. Looks like whoever is checking orders before sending them for delivery doesn't check them at all.First order was thru Doordash, came quick, but wrong. The entire order was wrong, although the receipt stapled to the bag had my order, inside was someone else's order.Then I ordered on Tuesday the new Melts, only to be disappointed again. The melt is nowhere like the pictures show, small, regular bun (not the toasts they're supposed to be using) and the smallest patties you can ever see. Even only got one slice of cheese, when they're a MELT, so they come with two. Too bad.
Worst BK in the area, took a chicken sandwich back because it tasted rancid, old and rubbery. With bad attitude the manager changed the sandwich for another exactly the same I was expecting something cooked fresh, took it back and told her to keep it and eat if it was that good.Minutes later tried to give me another I refused to look at it and sent it back to her with the same message.This used to be a good place it's gone downhill in the last few months.From that experience they get 0 stars from me, I was with my whole family by the way.
Ok good first, soda was cold. Haha Fries were seasoned good and very hot. Both sandwiches made incorrectly one didn't have cheese the other way asked to be plain was a total mess with all on it. Lastly MC health department was called on DT staff member dumping 6 plastic cups into ice bin with her bare hands.Law requires a metal ice scoop to be used . Her nasty hands have contaminated all customers drinks that shift. Not to mention any cross contamination from plastic pieces off cups into drinks.Fast food employees don't care for the most part,as thier behavior and attitude demonstrates each day.
Be sure to check your bag before you leave the drive-thru, I was supposed to get a mix n match BK King and a BK fish. Arrived home with two BK Kings. Checked the receipt. The receipt was correct, the food they gave me was not correct.
The ONLY good thing about Burger King nowadays is that they are open later than most fast food spots. The burgers were gross, the cheese was a fluorescent yellow, and the wait in the drive thru line was longer than it needed to be considering no customers were inside the store. I didn't even finish my dinner because it was so bad. I gave up on Burger King a long time ago. If I wasn't hungry and coming home so late last night, I would have continued leaving them alone.
Service is decent....not great. Not horrible either.
Great service and all but unfortunately doesn't take NFC payment method...Not that cool with COVID and all its variants...Additionally, it's 2022 and nobody carries these plastic cards anymore!
