The pictures on here are very old. The menu is now about $2 to $3 more for everything. Kids meal no longer comes with scoop of ice cream either. Their bathrooms were extremely gross and had not obviously been deep cleaned in a long time. I thought it seemed over priced. We got two burgers with one side of fries, two kids meals with grilled cheese, and two drinks. It was $50. Also two of the sodas were out and there were no lids to fit the cups.
I ordered from uber eats, but when my food arrived, it was in a brown paper bag with only the sides stapled together… the middle part of my bag was completely opened! The food I had was exposed, wasnt even in containers, just cups.. so who knows if the driver dig right in my bag and was eating my food. Then I had drinks, and never got those. You guys need to do better with concealing delivery orders! Now I have to find another place to order from. Smh.
Order medium rare. Burger was raw. Had to drive back to have them fix their mistake with no apologies. BGR as a brand has gone down hill, especially Germantown’s location
Sorry, but if you name your business "burgers grilled right" then you should hire (or train) people that know how to cook meat properly.I paid $25 for a single patty cheese burger, tater tots and a shake. Ordered it med-well, and I got a burnt on the outside, raw and cold on the inside. Also, maybe tell the cook not to use the same white dish rag to wipe his fingers on, then the front of the grill, then the cutting board that he sets t
If you like the taste of char-grilled burgers this is the place for you. If not, just avoid it completely. Ordered bacon for my burger and it was burnt black. Staff seemed more worried about trading food to the Chipotle employee for their own meal than customers. Wouldn't recommend & won't return.
Tonight I placed an order on Uber eats.I ordered two slider kids meals and I was really excited by my order. When I got my burgers and bit into my first slider it was raw!!! You would think that kids meals the sliders would be cooked through because most of the time it’s going to kids I am very upset and I would like my money back .There was no option to pick how the meat is cooked just the condiments. Sliders are flat burgers they are cooked usually well done in most cases because of how small they are. I will not be able to enjoy my food tonight because of this incident!
Good food, just wanted to shoutout the team who was there on 11/6 in the evening. Had dinner even though they were closing, they didn’t rush us at all. Thanks guys! Will be back.
Chicken tenders are crispy almost burnt on the exterior and both of my BACON cheeseburgers did not have bacon on them
No forks. We go no sauces with our carry out, and then when we got home realized they messed up our orders completely. And employee was not wearing his mask.
When you can’t open on time your not a good store. 11:20 still closed opens at 11. So so sad
