Stopped in and was going to place an order at the pick up counter. Was blatantly ignored, several servers walked by and none of them ask if I was being help. I could see the manager across the dining room talking to some employees. I waited until she got within ear reach and asked if anyone was working the take out area, she proceeded to roll her eyes and walked into the back to retrieve an employee. Didn't say hold on, let me get someone...nothing...so I left! This particular restaurant has a lot of employees that have been there a long time, they have become way too comfortable. I can't imagine this store is maximizing their profit with this type of disregard for customer service. NOT sure I will spend my money at this store in the future.
We liked the food but the waitress Ashley was the most neglectful waitress that we had so bad actitud cold food she took a life bring the plates one of them was mistaken then I had to find my own utensils cause she never bring any. Omg the worst experience in this restaurant.
A beautiful experience. Waitress Jennifer had an awesome personality, she did her job and well. The food was sensational, no long wait. I was shocked at how well everything went. Kudos Applebee's. Will definitely return if in area.
Slow service and order was incorrect. Order was never verified if it was correct and to our satisfaction. Our waitress had tables on both sides of the restaurant. I blame this on the management.Appetizer was delivered at same time as main course. The restaurant was not busy as we arrived at 4 p.m..
Costumer service when you pick up your food is really bad I was waiting and the people work there they ignore the people when come to pick up and also was a bug in the food
Sat at a table at 5pm, waiter never came to serve water nor take orders for 20 minutes. I had to leave for time constraints and no one cared to know why.I would recommend contesting if you were seated at the rear side by the windows.
Wow if I could give these guys zero Stars I would give them exactly that and my reasoning behind that is because the steak was dry, I asked for medium well steak and it was over well done almost as if they served me a brake pad
My friend and I went cause we've never been to Applebee's. It wasn't a good experience at all drinks didn't taste like the bartender didn't include any alcohol, took forever for our food to come out and that was halfway good taste wise. My friend made a request they didn't follow through with it. Manager on duty was the reason for the 2 stars
Good meal. The sirloin is actually pretty good and is reasonably priced
The waitress took our order, then gave the appitzer to the table behind us, never came back to check on us, the food we ordered and did get was a dry ugly piece if meet, on the picture it showed should have mushrooms and caramelized onion, none if that was there, it took over 1 hour to get our cold food even though it was very slow that day, had to go to the bar to get a refill on my kids drinks.We gave her a good tip, but since the pandemic we are grateful that we have a server, but honestly we did not do it for the service, I understand people are human but this was just a no excuses for this many mistakes. To top it off, they were out of stake sauce, I can't eat steak without it, not her fault, but made my bad experience even worse.
