Waited 30 mins for an uber eats order at 9 pm! All lights in the restaurant lobby, parking lot, and drive thru screens off. Only way to know they are open is the long line in the drive thru of cars waiting to order! Upon pulling up to the window I asked the woman if they were closed she said no are the lights off and i told her yes! A man in blue collar shirt with locs and his phone to his ear tells her he knows the lights are off and they kept it that way! He continues to walk around hold his phone to his ear!! Is this what fast food has come to now??? Your staff is running your funds low!!

As usual the food was cold and stale, about the same as the service. Oh, and let's not even talk about the angry man that occasionally works the service window. Every once in a while I check them out to see if they figured out how to run a restaurant and Every time they fail miserably and seem to be worse then before. I dare to say that the stale, cold food at the McDonald's down the street is a step up from this Wendy's only because the employees are very nice.

Man oh man what can I say about this place they don’t let anyone inside it’s always locked with someone’s kids running around inside the people who work are terrible they always sigh when they are asking your order then it’s never right I know this is a fast food business but they are just terrible how is it even open still with them waiting till there done serving one customer that includes making the food before moving on to the next this is a zero star place like I am at a lost for words how bad Crofton Wendy’s is across from Boston market yea don’t go here and not expect to wait 40 plus minutes plus rude customer service just bulldoze this place and make something where people actually care to help!!

My family pulled into the Wendys around 7 p.m. on Thursday after passing it accidentally because all of the lights were out. The main Wendys sign was off, the main dining room lights were off, and the parking lot lights were off. At first we thought they were closed. We tried to mobile order, but the restaurant turned off the mobile ordering capability. As we were ordering the man taking the order was beyond rude and kept cutting us off. We were like, “you still there?” Ugh… YES… that’s how he answered. When we went to pay, we got no receipt, our fries were cold, our burgers were room temp, and they didn’t give us our correct order and were missing two items. When he handed our bags to us, we were sitting there because we thought we still needed to wait for the rest of our order. We asked, “did we get everything?” The man responds, “yes, unless they lied to me.” We were too frustrated and fearful that they would spit in our food or something that we didn’t even try to get the rest of our order. The absolute worst drive thru experience I have ever had. I will never return to that Wendy’s and I will be sure to let my friends and family know to steer clear. Save your money, time, and energy.

The dude at the window does not need to be at the window cuz he messed up my order big time and I had to keep correcting him and I still had to walk away with a wrong order. It's not completely his fault because the app wasn't working either I mean you can't mess up when you put it in the app and if you do it's totally on them.

Worst customer service, worse staff. I would not go back here if someone paid me. Very incompetent staff. How can you mess up 1 order and one simple instruction and management is too ghetto to fix the issue.

Awful Wendy's. Food is regularly made wrong and cold. Often wait over 15 mins for mobile orders

Came to the Wendy’s with my family to grab dinner and had to cancel and leave from the drive thru line because the guy taking our order was so rude. He acted as if we was not giving him our order fast enough and kept giving us such a nasty attitude. We live in Crofton and decided never to go back and instead drive to the one in Millersville.

Drove through to order: 3-10 pieces of Crispy Chicken McNuggets, 1- Baconator, 1 son of Baconator, 2 of medium Vanilla Frosty, and 2 Sugar cookies. They said they had one sugar cookies left (actually was peanut butter cookie), got 2 sons of baconator (with two strands of hair on each), they said they were out of Vanilla Frosty but I saw people sitting in the restaurant having Frosty's. This place is NASTY! Never again will I go to their business! Absolute nasty!
