We have hired Adrienne and her family for our business parties of 200 a few times now, and they do an AMAZING job. Adrienne is always available to answer questions and is so pleasant to work with. We have had to make a few changes in the middle of everything and she made the whole process easy and it went perfectly smoothly. Adrienne and her family are pleasant to work with. They keep service moving along and everyone enjoyed the food and had a great time. I would definitely recommend The Hotdog Hideout. Prices are also very fair.
Nice enough staff. The cook wasn’t wearing a mask.YUCK!Had their food at a bday party, they mislead the guests to a more expensive menu when the paying customer/contract holder had a PRESET menu for us to choose from. I ended up paying for my own food out of embarrassment.The chicken fingers were burnt, the shrimp hard, the fries cold…the best part were the fried Oreos. I wouldn’t contract them out! But the Oreos were good lol.
This business has horrible customer service. I used them for my son’s birthday party and was lied to about the time of arrival, COVID food safety protocols and the menu. It was all to get my business as it was polar opposite of what we discussed. When I voiced my displeasure, she told me her “other” clients didn’t have a problem with it. I don’t know who “others” are but you never promise something to a customer you can’t deliver. They clearly didn’t care about what I stated I wanted. Never again!
Adrienne and her family came out to our business for lunch and the employees and I loved the food. Those chicken tenders are amazingly moist. Their hot dogs are delicious and let's not forget he funnel cake and deep fried oreo's that are to die for. They are an amazing family and went above and beyond to make everyone happy. We have made the bookings for once a month to have them back. If you're having an event you You can't beat the prices and the quality of food you get from The Hotdog Hideout.
We had The Hotdog Hideout out to do a company event and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Our employees and clients had a great experience and we are thrilled. Adrienne is the 1st person of contact you will encounter and she is the most pleasant person to speak with. She goes above and beyond to take care of everything and makes sure your event goes well. The entire event went so smoothly that everyone loved the food. The desserts were phenomenal and the food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be keeping them for all our company events. 5 stars to the family at The Hotdog Hideout!
We were so pleased with The Hotdog Hideout when they attended our Fall "Paw" Festival at Happy Tails Pet Resort! They arrived early to setup & had a great menu of options that was appealing to both adults & kids attending our event. The food was prepared quickly & tasted great. I especially enjoyed their fried zucchini & funnel cake with cinnamon sugar. Their prices were very reasonable also. I would highly recommend them & hope to have them back to serve our customers again soon!
I have to give The Hotdog Hideout 5 stars, but if I could give 10 I would. Those hot dogs are delicious. I had the chili cheese dog and had to get another one. The chili gives that little kick at the end of each bite. It's perfect amount of heat to it. My kids had the chicken tender meals. I was surprised by the size of the tenders. It's well worth the money and my family loved everything. The deep fried oreo's are awesome as well. It is definitely a great little business to support and the people that own it are super nice?. I would highly recommend you give this truck a try.
Food was pretty disappointing for $25. Looked nothing like the pictures, fries were cold but OK. I think the funnel cake would have been good if not for being over cooked. Owner should probably lower his prices or improve food quality. Everyone always says you should have spoke to the owner but I didn't want to spend any more time on this establishment, more effort would go a long way. Also, pay your employees having them rely on tips is not good business practice(They have a sign out that says employees work for tips)
We hosted Hot Dog Hideout at the Elms at Stoney Run, and it was a success. The food was fresh, the hot dogs were great, but most of all those french fries. Perfect for a quick treat or afternoon snack. The staff was amazing especially as there was a rain storm that impeded their turnout. I cant wait for them to return!
