I want to start with I have been coming here for a few years and never had problems. I'm not sure if they got new staff after the recent renovations or what. I sat in line for 30 minutes. I get it. This starbucks is usually busy. But about 15 of that was after I ordered. We finally made it to the window and I paid. Waited and edited for my drink. They hadn't even started it yet. The guy was asking the register girl if the drinks were iced. She said no. I spoke up and said umm yes they are. She goes oh.. yeah it says they are right here. The manager. Comes up to the girl very close. And says.. oh you have an eyelash on your cheek and proceeds to pick it off... umm can you just help them make drinks? At this point my drink still wasn't started and I asked for a refund. Thr girl at the register asked me how I paid. I literally just paid with you. With my card. 2 minutes ago. They had plenty of time to have had my drinks ready and again I have never had problems here. Long waits sure. But never thing long and my drink is always ready or close to ready when I pull up. Non of this flirting with the coworkers at the drive thru window instead of making drinks.
It’s a high volume Starbucks so know that. I don’t see anyone standing around so I wouldn’t say the efficiency is bad. As for attitude I have no bad experiences.
Come here only when line is not wrap Around down to the bank. You could be sitting for awhile. Being a high end place for coffee I do expect it to run more smooth and more organized. Chick FIL a gets It done. They can to. So I gotta give them 4

This Starbucks Needs Help. The Drinks Aren’t Prepared Correctly ,And Contain No Flavor What So Ever.The service here Especially STINKS! The line is always Impossibly long and the service is barley there. I placed an order today via drive thru & I was not greeted at the window. But just got my total shouted at me. The energy here is very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I had a gift card because I will never be spending my money at another Starbucks again. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME;TO RECEIVE SERVICE THAT IS UNSATISFACTORY AND DRINKS / FOOD THAT AREN’T PREPARED CORRECTLY.
If the pickup table is closed, ensure the name tags on the food is visible and facing the customers, so the food may be picked up with little Delta transmission.Also, be alert to customers trying to ask a question in-store. Not everyone is busy at once
My favorite starbucks to stop at in the morning to buy my venti vanilla iced coffee , and the employees are very friendly.
In my experience of going to this Starbucks during different times of the day, I have noticed the mid-day/evening crew sucks! The service is slow and the customer service is horrible. I guess I have to time-box my drive-thru latte's during the morning time because of the better quality. Thanks for the crappy service today Starbucks!
Why is there 2 inches of caramel? Both of them was like this, we had to try and drink around it. Totally ruined the experience.
Great place and people. The lines are insane
