This is the slowest Starbucks in probably the whole universe. If you mobile order add 10-20 min to your estimated wait time. They are packed in the morning but don't seem to think adding employees would help. You will be late to work unless you order way ahead ?

Always gotta get my coffee fix, and the staff are cool I enjoy shopping at starbucks.

Went in to pick up my online order and was told I had to have a mask even though I was wearing a face shield approved by the health department and have been in there 3 times before wearing the exact same thing with no issue. Left my food, walked out, and won’t be back.

It is unfortunately that this location was not participating on giving the free coffee for veterans on veteran’s day.

I spent 33 minutes waiting in the drive thru today to pick up an order that I placed via the app. I would have just went inside and picked it up, however, I had my three kids in the car. I also would have just left, but as I mentioned I preordered and it was paid for. I have never waited this long in any drive thru, let alone for a coffee. When I finally got to the window, I did not even get an apology for the wait and I waited another two minutes at the window for them to give me my order that was preordered and waiting for at least a half an hour. Needless to say, I will no longer be returning to this location. Horrible!!

Best starbucks around, friendly, as fast as possible since only the drive through is open and the drinks are made as ordered to perfection everytime.

Can your drive thru at 10:02 am 7.1.20 be any more incredibly slow. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason it should take 45 minutes for 10 cars to be served. Don’t you dare use COVID19 as an excuse.

Starbucks inside Safeway at Waugh Chaple the young lady there in the morning I believe her name is Diana wow she is very customer original friendly happy even at 5:30 am. She’s worth 10 stars

No one was at the counter for service. Waited more than 10 minutes.
