Good afternoon, I am a frequent customer of your store and I am obliged to inform you that within the place there is a manager who does not have customer service and is very annoying with her shouts. Today, July 10, I was in the store at 2:45 pm and she was with a definitely chaotic attitude I felt a lot of sadness because I love visiting her store but she had the store in absolute chaos, she did not have her name on her uniform but I can describe her she wears braids, she is short and Blanca, me and my family really feel the need to make it known, for what reason do they have a person like that? It is not the first time that I see in it and really the image of your store is important and above all the service. Thank you for addressing my complaint.
I had not eaten Roy's chicken in many years...Cumberland, MD( so very good and clean) changed that...so I thought I would try Roy's near my home in Gambrills, MD. The chicken was tough and the crust was too hard...i threw the skin away...seems it was overcooked a while ago( maybe an hour or two)...when we told the manager about this, she only offered,"we have to change our oil tomorrow"...what?...will never go back there again...
Terrible, I visited this Roy Rogers for the first and last time and my experience was horrible. The workers don't know what they are doing, dirty kitchen and lobby, (apparently there is no manager responsible for this establishment). The quality of the food is very poor, they should train their workers on the risks of food. Do they put their spatulas in the sink to wash their hands?? What lack of hygiene? That's not all, I had to wait 40 minutes for my order? I'll never come back
The food is generally ok, but the last few times I have been to Roy Rogers, I have found the place dirty, with crumbs and residue on multiple tables. The floor has pieces of trash on it, especially under tables. And this time, the bathroom was a mess with no soap and paper towels just sitting on the side. I felt dirtier leaving the bathroom than when I went in to wash my hands. I alerted the young man who took my order, but he seemed nonchalant about it.The food is alright, but really wish they put more attention into how the place is kept.
Went to roy rogers today. Sometimes their food is served hot and fresh, but then they have their off days. Today was definitely an off day. The chicken was fried hard and the wings were unusually large. They looked like Pterodactyl wings. The macaroni and cheese had a reddish brown tint to it, like it was mixed with the same spoon as the baked beans, or barbecue sauce was added either way it was a horrible experience today.
Never had a bad experience at any Roy Rogers. I had a RR Bar Burger meal with fries and medium drink. Also, couldn't pass up their famous roast beef sandwich. All items were perfect. Their fixins bar was fully stocked. One staff member cleaned the floor and made sure tables were wiped down and trash containers were checked frequently. Well organized and cashier was very friendly and made sure I understood the options I could choose instead of fries with my meal combo.
I had read that Roy Rodgers had great burgers and we decided to swing through the drive through for lunch. The burger itself was ok, the chicken strips were dry and we got charged twice. Definitely not what I was expecting. Won't be returning.
Went there today with my granddaughter and husband. Food was horrible. Mac and cheese was horrible. the chicken strips we're bad. They had a Very pungent smell. Got money back. Walked out.
The fixins' bar is back in full effect (i swear there is a burger buried under there somewhere). The baked beans were tasty and make a good option instead of fries.
This was by far the worst customer service that I have ever received. The chicken that I received was old and burnt. I politely requested a replacement for only the pieces of chicken that were old and burnt. The lady at the window accused me of always trying to get new chicken. I informed her that I live 30 minutes away and this was not the case. I have only dined at this establishment a few times. She then said “you people” always want something for free and then slammed the dive thru window in my face NUMEROUS times, refusing to give me my chicken. She then sent another employee to the window with 2 pieces of chicken and I informed her that those were not the pieces I originally had and I asked for an equal replacement for what I had. I also asked if I could speak with the manager about the poor customer service and she told me that there was no manager for me to speak to. The previous employee then came back to the window and slammed it in my face again.I am extremely frustrated by the poor customer service that I received. Further, it is infuriating to think that I would be generalized because of the color of my skin. It is extremely saddening that in 2022 I still have to deal with being treated inferior because I am African American. I work extremely hard for everything that I have earned and should be treated equitably. This establishment will NEVER get my patronage again. Additionally, I will be filing a formal complaint for the poor service and racial insensitivity that I experienced.
