If you're doing carry out you'll be fine. The hostess is fast and prompt. She takes care of those orders. The bar area and dining area you'll be screwed. The food runners get food out once it is eventually cooked. But you'll get incorrect orders,, the food quality is awful, and you'll sit thirsty as heck because you won't get any refills. The slogan "bottomless" fries is a lie. There is a bottom. It is called your order that comes with your main item. The desserts have magical abilities to literally go from a fresh bite when hot to full blown cement brick mode within minutes. There isn't a lack of staff because there is a manager, there are roughly 4 food runners, and a server to accommodate 4 tables but those 6 people don't help each other unless it is to smoke outside behind the kitchen. Then their a team. Go to Chick-fil-A they're open, their food is good, they'll refill anything you need. Go to MOD pizza. Truly go, anywhere else.
Been a customer for many years. This location has gone down hill fast! Every time we say it’s our last time, we try again with a little hope it’s got better. Well it hasn’t!Coming through the door you’re greeted by 2 teenage girls who are sitting on their phones doing snap chat and talking about their acne and periods. They ignore customers that come in because their faces are in their phones. We’re told it’s a 30-40 min wait. We only waited 5-10 before getting seated. We were surrounded by dirty tables the entire time we had our meal. No attempts were made to clean any tables around us. We watched a manager flirting with the hostesses on many occasions while tables are left not bussed.Food was good as usual, never been a complaint in that department. Our waitress was great!! She was the hardest working employee there from what we saw. She was also the bartender which made her job twice as difficult. One odd thing was 5 different employees came to our table serving us refills, drinks, dips, etc. One in particular was in soccer shorts, crocs, and a tie dye shirt. No uniform items on at all. She had a bad attitude, like she didn’t want to be there. The whole situation was awkward to say the least!!Overall, we’re not coming back to this location ever again. We tried on many visits to give it another chance, but it’s not worth the price anymore. Management has gone to s**t here. Leadership trickles down and there’s none at this restaurant!
Been here several times. It's disorganized, the wait staff don't know what they are doing, long wait times, wrong orders, bad listening skills. The food is fine, not fantastic. I try to get broccoli instead of fries and they're good at refilling fries fast but broccoli, they can care less about. Meanwhile I'm paying the same amount. If you sign up for the birthday deal, make sure you do it at least 24 hrs before your birthday or they'll charge you and you'll be really sad on your birthday, you'll cry, and they won't care at all.In fact, this is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. 0 stars
I dined here with my in-laws this past week, and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Honestly, the only positive part of our time there was our interaction with the food runners and the other waiter that did our server’s job for her.Upon ordering (with a straightforward request, mind you), our waitress was clearly frustrated and informed my in-laws (lifelong vegetarians) that the kitchen “could not” make a grilled cheese sandwich. They dine there fairly often with zero issues and attitude from the servers or kitchen. The waitress refused to inquire with the kitchen about it and took the rest of our order. Dissatisfied, I approached the waitress (found at the host stand on her cell phone, hanging out with her co-workers), and I asked her if she could check with the kitchen because it’s never been an issue in the past, and they have dietary preferences. I then return to the table and wait for the waitress. A few minutes later, she returns from the kitchen and explains how the “chef” will accommodate our request “just this once.” It’s a grilled cheese sandwich: burger bun and cheese tossed on a grill. What was the issue? She proceeded to be rude to my mother-in-law, husband, and me when we just asked for them to make it. She mouthed off to me, “well, my manager is in the kitchen, and he’s not doing it!” and then stormed back to the kitchen. A manager did not check on our table; our drinks and fries took forever to get refilled (by a different waiter since ours barely lifted a finger). As someone with a decade of hospitality management experience, your restaurant needs to be more mindful of how employees’ attitudes reflect the business and morale. Treating paying patrons with such disrespect is both disgusting and appalling. For a $160.00 meal with horrible service, she’s lucky she received a tip. It’s my hope you do better in the future.
This trip we ended up seated in the bar. Not as much table real estate. They've also changed the kiosks so ordering drink and fry refills is not supported.Still good burgers
Came in the restaurant for a good burger and fries. Decided to get a beer while I was here. The beer was flat and the glass was warm. When my food arrived my burger was cooked medium like I requested but it was cold. My dipping sauce never came with my meal. To top it off while I needed to express these issues the manager decided it was a good time to hold a meeting with her staff for about 10min. I will never return to this location. The only good part was the bartender named Brianna. She was very helpful and apologetic.
Had a pleasant lunch with family after a too lengthy wait of 40 minutes (no seating for the wait, they had to obtain a chair for me to use.). The food was good and the waitress friendly and efficient. The parking is difficult and inconvenient for the elderly or handicapped. I will not be returning to this location.
We like Red Robin in general. Something for everyone in our family. This Red Robin seems to have some menu item missing every single time we come. A couple times Zucchini Fries and some beer options were not available including their house beer. We have had other issues, but those are the ones that come to mind. The staff is great, friendly and service is quick.
The food is good, but the service was very dicey. Meaning it took 17 mi s to get a to go box and the had the server serving tables as well as working behind the bar. This is the second at this location and the issues have been different each time.
So we ordered online. And a few things happened: Firstly I found a piece of foil in my food. In a gross panic I threw it away before documenting but I also ordered a Mud Pie and the To Go specialist I guess thought it would be a good idea to just wrap it in plastic wrap (probably just grabbed right out the freezer as is) and throw it in my order bag and I open it up to a sloppy wet mess that’s partially opened and I can’t be eaten. It says no plate and utensil, but that wasn’t an option online and why would it be? Not to mention my extra order of fries wasn’t there. Never had a bad experience with this chain til tonight and I was deeply disappointed. All I wanted after my hospital stay the past two days was a good meal, and I didn’t get that AT ALL.
