Scrumptious food! Generous portions. Friendly, attentive service. Phone service is terrible, however: when they don’t answer (which is often) you get the screaming fax noise!
4 food3 cleanliness1 service- don't let Oscar wait on your table he never returns to the table. We had to ask for our order twice within 45 minutes. Alot of evidence were service throughout outside seating service was not balanced.
When here for the first time and I have to say me and my wife were not impressed. We have had better food at uncle julio's!!!! The food lacked flavor!!
Not impressed at all. I have never in my life had tough carne asada. It was not carne asada it was sirloin. It was flavorless. The beans had no flavor. I'm shocked to see so many great reviews because this place is not it.
I thought this place was over priced for what it was. Had the beef, chicken, cheese enchilada, bean and cheese nachos and tamale. Food didn't taste very good. Everything was pretty bland and tasted the same. Presentation seemed pretty sloppy The staff were friendly but this place was pretty empty on a Saturday night, I guess I should have taken the hint.
I was craving tamales and went to try this place. I ordered pork tamales and tortilla chips and was disappointed. The tamales was all corn and no pork. It was also bland! The chips was fried in stale, old oil and had a pungent taste. It was also very oily. I threw away the bag. This is the worst Mexican food I've had. Save your money and go somewhere else.
This is our favorite Mexican food in the area. Can't get enough of it. Highly recommend the Burritos Campesinos for a dish, it feeds two or has plenty for leftovers, and the margaritas are delicious, heavy handed, and well-priced.
The food here is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!! I have been here on several occasions. The drinks are REALLY GOOD!!! also.
We thought that the place would be packed beyond belief and we found that it wasn't. We went in and was seated right away on a rainy Friday evening about 7pm. And now to the rest of the story. We didn't catch the waiter's name. But he was fantastic. So..Just stop what your doing and go here. There is no other reason to go anywhere else for Authentic Mexican and I don't care if you drive 2 hours. It's well worth the time and money. This little place has great food. First time here and will not be the last.We started our dining experience fresh made salsa, chip basket we added a bowl of queso and ordered a Sampler "is not" and that was enough to feed two people and you didn't need to order a meal afterwards. The wife ordered a Sopas Dona Gloria and the tortillas they came on were to die for. These things looked like donuts and not any tortilla I've ever seen before. The meats (on each, chicken, steak and pork) were "NOT" heavily marinated, greazy and dripping with juice making the tortilla fall apartThe taste was unbelievable. With a Peach/Mango margarita. (Small)I had ordered the Tacos de Mariscos and OMG they were fantastic the fish, shrimp and scallops all had their own flavors, they were not tasting like they were cooked together. And the fresh mix of veggies summer squash zucchini and carrots were out of this world. And mounds of fried rice on bother dinners. The bill came to just over 85. for the two of us with drinks and a quaso. It was well worth every penny spent. The server earned his 25. tip.Again, go there. You will not be disappointed by the food.
We eat here often and love the porch seating. The service is usually friendly and attentive. The margaritas are delicious. The street tacos are the best entree they have! The shrimp quesadillas are also top notch. The chicken salad was so tender! The Camerones Diablo was also so so good! The chimichanga is huge! And the sopapillas are crispy, light and delicious! This is our go to Mexican food restaurant in Crofton!
