I don’t understand why your store is even opened right now after your employee was shot dead on the job. You know what they say about karma. The apathy your management staff has shown towards the death of this young man will materialize as something sinister. Disrespectful and shameful. I ate here every day, including right before he was killed. I will never give this store my business again.Shameful. Do better.

I find it appalling that this location only closed temporarily and reopened forcing workers to work after witnessing a shooting. Their greed came before the well-being of their workers. Management and anyone involved in that decision at this location needs to be held accountable. Until that happens I do not recommend anyone supporting this location. There’s another one close by, go there instead.

A man was murdered in the drive thru and they reopened mere hours later. Not only is it insanely disrespecting of the loss of life, there's no way they got that already disgusting building clean of the scene of a murder. Disgusting.

absolutely disrespectful to the employees and the family of a loved one that was killed this morning. to the owner it sickens me that you would even fathom the thought that it was ok a few hours after a murder at your establishment to open up. I truly hope Osha comes and fines you. I hope people boycott you. This just makes me sick.

It is absolutely appalling that the owners of this restaurant would choose to reopen hours after a young employee was brutally murdered at the drive through window this morning. The entire team should have had the day off, paid, and frankly they should be closed tomorrow as well, with grief counselors there. We will not be returning to this restaurant, ever.

I went to this location between 9:45-10:00 PM, May 1 and the restaurant was randomly closed and no apparent reason. Perhaps they were short staffed and angry about it but with the exception of one, the workers were rude. One young lady refused to acknowledge that I was at the window after I asked what was going on in an attempt to ascertain whether it was a single location or if all of the restaurants were experience a possible technical difficulty. Overall, I suggest that the manager places an emphasis on customer service training; especially the night crew.

TL;DR: an employee stole my debit card info.i drove through here after a concert so it was late at night. i’m not from this area. i hadn’t taken out or used my debit card all day until i stopped here. the employee took my card, went to another room, and brought my card back. 2 days later my card had fraudulent charges worth $300. had to go through the mess of disputing the charges and closing the card with the bank. the ONLY time i had my card out was at this place. there’s no chance it didn’t happen here. so to the employee who did it: karma is a b***h.

I would give it a 5 star. However to rank this one would a little hard. Just because having 4kids you know that your chances at taking coins out from that spot in car is going to happen in moment's when not expecting.** so the service is great at times and others are not great. It depends who is working here would determine my rating sometimes mm

I won't comment on the food. You know what you're going to get. It's the favorite restaurant of 5 year olds, people in a hurry, and people who realized everything else is closed. We went on a Saturday morning around 12:30 a.m. after a long flight and hadn't eaten in 9 hours. There was a long line at the drive through. It didn't move. They didn't acknowledge anyone at the drive through menu boards for at least 5 minutes while we were sitting there. Finally the line in front of us moved, opening up a gap in the line, and some guy behind us passed us up without ordering at the speaker and pulled right into the gap. Of course they served him when he got to the window. After watching the guy in front of us hand a bag of food back through the window because of course it was wrong, they finally got it right...ish. A minute later, they hand out an unbagged order of fries. A minute after that, they hand out a drink. We're next. Same routine. The guy hands out a bag, says McChicken small fry, closes the window, and walks away. Totally not what we ordered. When I finally get his attention, I tell him what we ordered and the bag was sitting right there the whole time. He walks away again without giving us our drink. We get it after a minute, and we're finally out of there, with cold food. It's astonishing to me that people could be so lazy and stupid as to be under qualified to work at a McDonald's. This is clearly what has happened. Pass this particular location by, folks. It's staffed by the living dead.

It's 1:30 a.m. just made the long trip from NY and I must say the person taking the orders were very rude, very dismissive and non reaponsive when we were asking qbout specific McDonalds items, that weren't displayed on the menu. We decided to leave, hopefully the location 30 mins away, which os closer to our destination is open.
