Cinnamon roll Sundays? I think not! Absolutely terrible, will never purchase again. Clearly no quality control!
The donut shop opens at 6 AM. You would think the employees would have all of the donuts out. There is a special donut being made, the cinnamon milk ones. The shop had the other 2 varieties of the cinnamon milk donuts, but did not have the cinnamon milk donuts themselves. So, I wanted to put in an order, but the employee just told me to come back in an hour when they'd be be ready. She KEPT on insisting in the rudest way that I come back. Why was it so bad to put an order in?! She could've said okay, but she kept saying I can come back in an order. It doesn't matter what time I could come back, because I can put in an order.The Crofton, MD location seems to always be like this. They do not have any customer service and always out of best selling donuts. How could they have the cinnamon cream cheese donuts and the dulce de leche ready at 6:00 AM but not have the cinnamon milk donuts? The cinnamon milk donuts are the base of the other 2! It makes no sense at all. At least advertise that that won't be open until an HOUR after the store is open so people won't waste time coming to the shop for those! I won't be coming to this location anymore. The customer service is horrendous.
This may sound dorky but I came for the holiday donuts for Christmas and Easter and was so happy!! They looked and tasted great. The ducky looks so funny but cute
Besides a fast and friendly service, the place was clean, welcoming, not crowded and I could find my items easily.It's located close to the main road so you can't miss it.I wanted my box of donuts mixed so I really appreciate the associate's patience as I made up my mind from the wide variety of flavours.
Can this location hire people who don't just treat you like you're an inconveniencing them? Tired of coming here, and being told I can't use the app, or having windows slammed in your face when you're in the middle of speaking. Love Krispy Kreme just wish we had a second location.

Sadly I was disappointed in our visit. This is somewhere we visit on our trip to visit family in that area and it has changed in the past 3 years. I once worked in this area over 15 years ago and this location was great.On this occasion, upon entry, the floor was sticky but sectioned off with caution signs which was odd, becasue there were at LEAST 10 employees standing around on their phones, laughing and talking amongst each other at the tables placed around the store. Someone, anyone...clean the floor properly! No one cared that we were at the counter and once we got rung up, the employee seemed bored to be there.The glass around where the donuts roll through the belts was FILTHY. My kids wanted to leave immediately. It wasn't the same experience as it once was. The donuts weren't hot and fresh. I was better off buying them Royal Farms.
I've been to this location a few times. The classic glazed are always good. This last time, I purchased the twix special dozen and they were not that good. They were dry and were missing creme on the inside. I was disappointed. The donuts are usually good but not this last time. The inside was also closed so only the drive thru was open. I probably would have ordered differently if I got to see the selections.
To start, the donuts were not fresh. The donuts alone get maybe 3 stars.But the staff was incredibly rude and tried to enforce a mask mandate that expired three weeks ago. I advised them that my family and I have medical exemptions and they demanded to see proof. I, of course, declined because my medical history is between my doctor and I. They had several people chiming in that it was law to wear a mask and that I thought I was above the law. They were incredibly rude and told me to hurry up because I’m guessing they were scared of an unmasked face. I have frequented many stores and businesses, including a dentist office this passed week and NO ONE had any issues with being unmasked. They didn’t even ask about it.A mandate (even if there was one) is NOT law. A medical exemption is permitted and does NOT need to be proven.Educate your staff on the local mandates and how to handle someone with a medical exemption.Thankfully the cashier was very nice.Do better.
Absolutely worst run store in the state. EVERY time I walk into here it's a brick wall of tension from the employees because they have to do their job. No greetings, EVER, no smiles, just attitude and indifference.
