I’ve been to this jersey mikes many times and the last few months their workers have been absolutely horrible. Workers are rude and don’t want to do their job correctly. I came in after working a long 14 hour shift at work, 20 minutes before they closed, as I walked in everything was already put away. No one greeted me and they just stared at me. They told me everything’s put away and I asked the closing time. They told me the correct closing time and I asked if I could order. The workers got upset and angry that I was trying to order one sandwich. I told them don’t worry about it and I walked out. That will be the last time I ever go to this jersey mikes! The worst service I have ever experienced.
With only one customer ahead of me, I was not acknowledged or greeted until I had been standing at the order counter for at least 5 minutes. Once my order was taken, I was immediately rang out but still had to wait for almost 15 minutes while the employees fumbled around and prioritized incoming online orders before my sub. By this time a large line had accumulated and I was left awkwardly standing between the line and the cash register, waiting for them to top my sub.Very disorganized, slow, and not very friendly.
I had a great experience at this Jersey Mike's! First of all its so nice to have a chain with gluten free rolls and not little tiny rolls either. Secondly, the portabella mushroom sub was SO delicious. Finally, the staff is great! My food was made perfectly! There is a young man who goes by "B" who is so friendly and chatted with everyone like he was their friend all while making orders and keeping his work area spotless. Thank you for the great service!
This location is always so slow. This has been before the pandemic so it’s not a labor shortage. I always wait at least 25 minutes even when there is only a couple people ahead of me. The past 4 times I watched people walk out before ordering. Kinda stinks to lose that business so regularly. Great subs so I hope they get it together.
Delicious subs! Plenty of employees to help with our order. Nice and clean location. Great selection!
I ordered a buffalo chicken sub through the online app. There were 2 other customers there. The employees were NOT friendly at all. They gave me the sub after a few minutes and buffalo sauce was all over the sub. The chicken looked horrible. I threw the sub out of my car window and will Never be going back. TERRIBLE customer service!

Brendan's customer service is EXCELLENT! He acknowledges customers as soon as you open the door and his pleasant personality doesn't stop there. I got an Italian three to be exact and he made them so delicious. I appreciate you asking about my day and my daughter's day. Very good vibe.
Service was a bit slow, only person who knew what they were doing was the slicer. Sandwiches are great
