Every time I order at this location it gets completely messed up or I have to wait forever for half my order to be made cuz it was forgotten. By this time the other half of the order, which was gave to me is ice cold and last time I waited 20 minutes for my drinks when it was an oranger juice and a milkshake with the order in my hands.The orange juice was forgotten again for a second time in the same experience and I had to wait another 10 minutes for it. This past time I called to place an order the lady started yelling on the phone no orders and hung up the phone. I’m a gm for a restaurant 5 minutes down the street and I believe this is unacceptable. They didn’t wait for a response if I had any questions.What if I was a customer who had already placed an order? They would have had no idea with the way they are handling the phone. Unacceptable and I feel the district trainer should very much take a look into this location and as well as maybe some one in upper management so it can be up to standards as in my store upper management and VP visits are normal to ensure no customers have this experience.
Had a lovely breakfast here with 2 others during a stop on our roadtrip. The servers were excellent, friendly and efficient. Food was delicious, sizable and did not cost a fortune. The space was not at all crowded and gave us a welcome relief from driving. Restrooms were well-kept. Recommend this as a nice rest-stop if you’re driving through.
Horrible experience. We ended up walking out after waiting for our food and was told the ticket wasn’t even put in yet. I completely understand short staff issues and such but this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention the manager talking to his employees the way he was. In my opinion a body was needed for a manager and he got it.Another issue seen first hand was the busboy taking clear liquids from tables that he was cleaning cups from and pouring it on the table to do the final wiping up to make it look clean. I told the manager and he replied that they are short staffed and he can’t manage everyone. At this point we walked out.There was also several people coming in while we were waiting to pick up mobile orders or online orders. They were so backed up with them that they were telling people they didn’t have the order. One guy stated to give refund and manager told him to call him tomorrow that he could look at refund then.
What a weird mixed bag of experiences.I would not recommend for dining in. The one time I did, the atmosphere felt like an empty school cafeteria with a very strange smell. It felt cold and unwelcoming.I have had multiple DoorDash orders get cancelled while my Dasher was waiting for the order and then the restaurant cancels the order without explanation.I placed an order for curbside pick up and called when I arrived. The person told me the order said pick up so I needed to come in.. not sure why they couldn’t be bothered to bring it 30 feet to my car when they were clearly not busy at the time. We got home and realized the crepes we ordered were missing the main ingredients. They did give us a refund for that part when we called.I was disappointed to learn they are not actually open 24 hours as the sign outside states.Food is generally good, but service is hit and miss.
First, the waiter said "we've run out of ice..." How.. how are you serving warm soda and water to patrons. Second, you could tell he was new and trying his best, I'd give him 5 stars for effort but no one else working tried to help him. The host tried to sit 5 people in a small small booth, that could maybe sit 4. When a 6 person table was open.. we had to tell them we don't fit here can we move to that table? Food took a long time, some dishes were hot others cold. No rhyme or reason. I'd avoid this IHOP and try a different one.
Waiter was very nice and accommodating and so was the hostess when we needed to move from a booth to a table. All 4 of us are 6 foot and taller and found the table option was a better option for us than the booth and the server had no issues with re seating us and did so without an attitude. Will be back this Saturday again.
Short handed, but you would never know it. We were waited on quickly and the food came out piping hot and delicious. My grandson and I think it's the best IHOP around. Good looking waitress too ?
Bad! The only good thing about our visit here was our waitress. When some other lady delivered our food, her scarf was touching my bacon. I told her that her scarf was touching my bacon and all she said was "oh sorry". I had to wait for my waitress to come back to tell her...to get new bacon. Then I asked for over medium eggs and I got really runny eggs. Not to mention that my pancakes were cold. The excuse was, they were short staffed and I'm a hurry. That's just so sad. Tried to take my husband to a birthday breakfast and so disappointed.
I went here Sunday afternoon with my family. They were short staff which me and my family understood however after we enjoyed our meal and left my nephews began to get sick they contracted viral gastroenteritis. I’m not too sure if the dishes were dirty or the plates weren’t clean but everyone be mindful of washing your hands or keeping hand sanitizer with you at all times now I am sick as well
When I arrived to pick up my meal, the manager didn't see the ticket and looked at me and stated that my payment didn't go through as though I wanted a free meal. So she walked away. I found my email and showed it to her. She didn't even explain or think that depending on when you requested your food pickup, will cause a delay in Ihop it getting the ticket. She just looked at me and stated the payment didn't go through. Then when I got the food, the onion rings were overcooked and the french fries were dry and burnt. Now I know why it's always empty here.
