This cafe is super cute. They have lots of different unique looking cups for coffees and the number you pick up for your table is an animal.The prices are also great and there is a a large rain covered outdoor seating section. When I went in early May they had unzipped the sides, but it seems like in the winter they make it more “indoors” with the walls zipped down.Overall, great vibe, great good, great service, and indoor + outdoor seating options

Consistently delicious, quality food and friendly customer service. Breakfast menu is bomb, lunch menu is bomb, and so is dinner. The pancakes are really good, as is the steak melt grinder thing (can’t remember the actual name!). Be sure to try the garlic fries, and their sweet potato fries never miss. I love that the kids meals can come with goldfish and animal crackers!
Grumps Cafe Crofton, MD is the best! I love the atmosphere and music. It's like I've stepped into Florida. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is so friendly and professional. Both management and the owner stop by to say hello to new comers and us regulars. As busy as they are, you always get a seat and your food comes out fast! Of course this is a great place, staff wears pajama bottoms. Wish I could do that! Surf's up, so surf on Grumps!
Great place, friendly staff, service was quick. They have a pretty large menu and they serve breakfast all day. Indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the eggs hash and waffle breakfast, waffle was really good.If you sit outdoors they do make you pay and tip before they serve you, which is a little strange. But they didn't disappoint.
The food is okay (I've only had breakfast everytime I've been there) but the atmosphere is awful. It's not a particularly friendly or smiling staff. The tables are jammed in the small space which can make it difficult to maneuver with coats, purses and kids. Now, I realize it's a small space but community tables might help with the seating. I won't return again after my most recent visit. Sorry but okay food for zero comfort isn't worth it.
Good breakfast spot. Pancakes were good, I didn't care for the sausage patties though (reminded me of McDonald's sausage). But I would go back for sure to try other breakfast items.
Dined in for a breakfast on a Saturday in JAN 2022. Upon arrival, a host gave us a number. We waited in line for 5 – 10 minutes to order at the register, gave her our number, and found our table, marked by a numbered plastic pig figurine. Coffee was self-serve; everything else was brought to the table by a server. Omelets were delivered in about eight minutes. They were disappointing: although amply sized, the fillings were lacking. Both the Spanish and Sabrosos omelets were bland. I found only a single ¼-inch sliver of avocado in my Sabrosos omelet. There was not a trace of heat to it, in spite of it supposedly containing “jalapeno bacon and pepper jack cheese.” On the positive side, the potatoes were tasty and they offered about half a dozen options for toast.
I’ve been going to grumps in Annapolis since I was a child and had to try the other location. Service and food was great! I liked that this location was a little bit bigger than the original. Try the grump burger!!!
Great place! Met some friends for brunch and had a good time. The staff was super friendly and on top of everything. My omelet and potatoes were absolutely delicious. I finished the whole meal even though I was full 3/4 of the way though. You do have to order before you're allowed to sit down, which was new for me but I didn't mind. So if you're waiting on others to show up you might want to wait outside, there's not a lot of waiting room inside.
Love Grumps! Great food, wonderful prices. Love the onion straws and the portions fill you up. Breakfast all day and great burgers cooked to order.
