I ordered online 12:08 and got a 12:25 time for my order to be ready. I've never experienced it taking that long for a sandwich to be ready, not even Potbelly and they warm your sandwich too. Their prices seem to be a bit higher than all of the sandwich shops I've been to, like Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, etc. And the sandwich, a small Italian, was just OK. I am going to stick with Jimmy John's moving forward. It's the closest taste to a Philly hoagie to me.
The service here is soooooo slow And backed up. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but the last few times I’ve been in here, I’m waiting 20 mins or more for an order!! No they weren’t packed or anything! Just slowwwwwww smh
Always a great sandwich. I really enjoy the smokehouse beef brisket sandwich.
Picked up a couple of New York Steamers and as always they were delicious! Added on tomatoes, bacon, olives, mushrooms, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
Did not include chips or cookie in bag or bacon on bacon ranch sandwich. Tried calling the restaurant 3 separate times and got a automated busy message.Despite what the signs in the store say, your chips and cookies are *not* in the bag.
Got here late and they still haven't started on my sandwiches the staff is lousy my food was made wrong and no sides that I paid for were given
Ordered from here 3 separate times within a months time, today being the 3rd and each time, there was stuff missing on the subs and salads. First two times was for the office staff and there was a hook and ladder salad with no toppings, subs missing toppings and the potato soup had no bacon. The two times that were for the office I had to go back. And today, was just a small club sub just for myself, and 5 toppings requested weren't on there. I asked for EXTRA olives and got none... no mustard was on it... no oil and vinegar was on it and there were no jalapeños or banana peppers like I had requested! There shouldn't be mistakes happening this often.. from a large order, to just one single sandwich. Are these people Axtell paying attention to the orders? So the steak and cheese I got on the second order was nothing compared to jersey Mike's... it was quite sad to be honest
This was our first visit here and I'm not sure we'll seek it out again any time soon . . . The sub was tasty, but decidedly not what I ordered . . . Came home to discover that it was missing the cucumbers, but still included the ham . . . when we arrived we were the only patrons, more customers arrived after, it still took 10+ minutes for a medium & a kid's sub . . .
We love to eat here. We don't come often because the closet one is greater than 30 min away. At times, our order has a mishap. Such as white bread but get wheat. But still taste good. Thank you
Great place to grab a sandwich. Staff are accommodating and service has always been good. Haven't dined in lately due to COVID but I don't see any reasons why you can't.
