food is decent for what it is. feels slightly overpriced for burger and fries… but that’s everything these days. I will say, you MUST check your order before leaving the store. we’ve ordered carryout 3x in the last 6 months and all three orders had missing items. the first 2x I got all the way home before realizing it. the 3rd time I was smart enough to check in store before leaving.
Fresh ingredients. Consistent taste. When eating in the restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff are nice and have a pleasant demeanor. This is a great burger joint.
Here is the thing, the food is good. I also like that they have a lot of options that are allergy friendly. BUT they price gouge the vegan stuff. For example a regular shake is 6.95. A vegan shake is 11.50. That's a huge mark up. I get that sometimes vegan stuff is more expensive, but it's not THAT much more! I know a lot restaurants over charge the vegan stuff because they can, but it does mean that you are hurting people who have dietary allergies, not just customers making a life choice. If other places in the area are available to charge less for vegan shakes, with the same quality, I know you all can too.
Today was the first time My husband and I tried food from here and we were more than satisfied. The burgers are filling, made neatly and not heavy to digest along with the fries w onions & cooked in olive oil is good as well. My husband had the banana shake & he enjoyed it. Most of all, the customer service is Superb. Definitely recommend and will eat here again.
I reccomend skipping this place. Not worth it at all, the burger was average not anything very good. My husbands order was wrong and wasn’t fixed, fries were all little bits of shriveled potato, the only thing I actually enjoyed was my fountain drink. It was good to try one time to just try it and see if it was worth it, but not good enough to come back to. We spent $35+ on 2 burgers, a kid meal, 1 fry, and 1 fountain drink.
Not Good. I do not recommend.I was looking for an alternative to the usual fast food places and decided to give this local restaurant some business; bad move.The burgers are less than mediocre. The "olive oil fries" are cold and wilted. The onion rings are cold and harder than kettle chips, and their chicken sandwich is two chicken fingers on a bun with cheese holding them together so that the fingers don't roll away out of the bun. So, if you're ever debating between the chicken fingers and the chicken sandwich - it's the exact same thing! (Pretty lazy).The packaging is bad also. The fries and onion rings are bagged open (which is normal), but their "to-go" bag has a handle. It doesn't fold to keep the heat in. Everything inside my bag was ice cold by the time I walked back to my car.Hopefully, their customer service is better on most other days and I caught the young lady at the counter on a bad day. But in all, I don't need attitude mixed with bad food so I won't be going back.The dining area appeared to be clean with a nice atmosphere, but the place was empty.
I'll be honest, it's a good burger place. Burgers were cooked thoroughly but still juicy, onion rings were on point. My wife and I usually aren't impressed by burger places, but today we were pleasantly surprised. We'll be coming back and recommending vegan friends to this place.
Food was good. Could definitely tell it was fresh ground beef. The place was good but nothing too special. I didn't interact with the staff much since I ordered at the counter and the food brought to my table. No interaction beyond that.
I have frequented this Elevation Burger many times. I mostly get the vegetarian options, which are much better than you find at competing restaurants. The couple of times I have had the beef alternatives, they were great too. The service is fast and flawless, in my experience. The staff and owner are friendly.
This is hands down my girlfriend and I's favorite burger restaurant. From the minute you walk in and talk to the employees who are the most down to earth people I have met. To the actual food which will have your mouth watering. The best all around experience you can get. Eat here ! Have good conversation and come back!
