I wish I could give them no stars! I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up around 2:45pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at at 2:54 and waited 10 minutes while saying hello. There was some kind of music coming out of the speaker so I assumed they were short staffed but no one working the window. I tried going into the store and all the doors were locked. There was no note or anything saying they closed early. I do not understand why they would allow for mobile ordering if they closed early. This dunkin is literally the worse.
The service is greatly improved with the new manager but still understaffed - the reason of slow service. Please be patient not angry and understand three people are working for six.
Great service here. Wait time is long because they are understaffed. Some of these reviews are strange. Why would someone wait in line for over 10 minutes in any drive thru then complain? Better off going somewhere else instead if waiting a long time just to complain. As a regular customer I will say that the staff is great and work with what they have. The doors are closed sometimes because there are sometimes only 1 or 2 employees there. Thank you ladies for coming to work understaffed and through this pandemic and still providing your customers with service! You are appreciated
The service is slow at best and the dinning area is mostly closed...poor example of customer service.
Worst Dunkin around. Super slow and they ignore customers at the counter. I stood at the counter for 10 min watching workers doing their thing but was never acknowledged. After asking if I could just great 2 doughnuts to which I was told to wait accompanied by an eye roll.Worst service around.
It is unbelievable how long of a wait it is for this location. And they do not get the order correct. Very disorganized.
truly the worst, every time i try here the food is still frozen on the inside and my coffee tastes like it was sludge scraped from the bottom of the pot, once it even tasted like alcohol it was so sour, never giving this place a chance again not worth it
I have never done a review on google until now but I can recommend after 5 experiences at this particular location that I highly encourage anyone who wants to get anything from dunkin dounuts not to go to this location. Just now I ordered through my mobile order just a basic latte listed on their app nothing crazy or anything specific added to it and I received just pure black coffee. I usually give benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th time this has occurred to me at this location. Just dont go here at all even if its the only shop open.
Slowest drive through service of any place ever. It took me 24 minutes to get to the window, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once there, I received no sort of greeting; the young man just blurted out my total. After being given my coffee and change, he turned away from the window. He offered no "thank you" or any sort of apology for the unacceptably long wait. I sat there until he looked at me again, and I left him with a rather forceful "You're welcome!" Slow service + poor customer service= my last time giving this place another chance.
Finding great variability in the quality of the merchandise from one Dunkin Donuts to another this one knew how to make the apple fritters right.
