This was my first time to this restaurant, and I absolutely loved the food, and the service. Big kudos to my waitress Chloe thank you for making my experience there very memorable. I will be be back and you earned your tip... thank you!!!

It's fine. Their coal fire oven wings were pretty good. Sadly, the pizza was so greasy, there was no way to get that great charcoal fired pizza. The crust was too thin and the cheese was too cheap to get the type of pizza they advertise.

This place was off the charts. I ordered the mixed greens salad with blackened chicken. Delicious! Who would have thought a hot salad would have tasted so good?!!!

Food is amazing. The service at this location is poor at best. The waitresses were inattentive. The manager had to give us refills, someone else brought out our food, I had to ask for our check and had to hand it back to the waitress after waiting 10 minutes for her to notice it sitting on the table. Also, I witnessed a waitress give a table the wrong pizza, take it back and then give it to another family 3 minutes later! ?

Good pizza and really good service. The prices are very reasonable for the food as well. We did order the wings, but were pretty disappointed as they were definitely overcooked.

Food has been good both times I’ve dined but service needs lots of work. While dining today for lunch I definitely felt discriminated against. I walked in to be seated, the dining room was empty with exception of a few people sitting at the bar. No hostess at the stand but she was in the bar area by the patrons. She looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me. I continued to wait to be greeted. She looked my way again and said nothing. A Caucasian woman walked in a few seconds later & she came over to greet her. She didn’t know we were together. No apology or anything it was so obvious what just happened. Had I not of had a lunch meeting scheduled with my coworkers I would’ve left after that treatment. Our server was equally bad. My coworker ordered the lunch size pizza which apparently only came with 3 toppings instead of the 4 she ordered. Over 10mins later, waitress informs us she has to delete one topping, which means they had just started preparing our order. Salads came out after about 30mins followed by pizzas after another 10. We waited 47mins for food in an empty restaurant for pizza & salads. Thanks goodness our lunch wasn’t just an hour.

We've eaten at Coal Fire a few times and it's always been good so we decided to order from there for our daughter's birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and only received 2. We called and were told to come back for our remaining pizza. When my husband got there the person behind the counter kept insisting we were not owed another pizza until the girl working next to him leaned over and looked at the order and told him were in fact owed the pizza. Then, with no apology for the mistake or basically accusing him of lying, my husband was told it would be 10-15 minutes for the pizza. Mind you, this was after we called and were told to come back for the pizza and my husband made the 20 minute drive back there. My husband stood and waited for 30 minutes. No one acknowledged him further, no one gave him an update on the pizza, no one apologized for the wait. All of this while we had a house full of guests for our daughter's birthday party. Finally my husband asked to see the manager and asked to step to the side to talk so as to be out of ear shot of other customers. The manager was not apologetic and in fact was completely disrespectful to my husband telling him that his frustration was not going make his staff want to work any faster. He accused my husband of being "aggressive" and there are those of us who know what that coded language means. My husband stepped to the side and dropped his voice specifically to not cause a scene and this was the response he got. My husband felt the manager was intentionally trying to escalate the situation so that he could have a reason to call the police so he just ended the conversation. The pizza finally came and again, no apology, no offer to make it right. Nothing. Even though my husband stood there and watched staff apologize profusely to "certain other" customers whose orders they messed up. Ultimately my husband missed the bulk of our daughter's birthday party dealing with this horribly disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Coal Fire definitely can't give us those missed memories back and I doubt they'd give us our $70 back. I will never patronize this establishment again and neither will any of our guests from that night.
